Introduction
Khakee: The Bengal Chapter is a 2025 Indian political crime thriller series created by Neeraj Pandey and directed by Debatma Mondal and Tushar Kanti Ray.
This Webseries is a standalone sequel of Khakee: The Bihar Chapter.

Plot

In the beginning of the movie, it is shown that a car is moving on the highway and suddenly another car hits it and goes away. The collision is so terrible that the car overturns and a girl comes out of the car who calls her senior and says that your doubt has proved right, there is a traitor in our team who is passing on important information from here to there. After this, she talks to Sir on the phone, his name is Arjun and Arjun asks the girl where is Hemel. The girl tells that Hemel is probably dead. After this, when the girl turns back after keeping the phone, a man is standing who attacks her. That man is none other than Hemel, a member of their team, about whom she is talking there. Then he takes the girl to a secret room and she is interrogated there.

Now Himel asks the girl to tell the story from the beginning, how this thing started. Now in the beginning we are shown that two bad boys are going to kidnap a school student and in front of those two bad boys there are two school children and perhaps one of these was the child whom they were going to kidnap. Before they kidnap him, both of them talk to each other about who is that boy among these two. One of them says that he was told that he is a little fat. By mistake they kidnap another child and that child is the grandson of some big minister.

When the minister comes to know that his grandson has been kidnapped, he tells a minister of his own cabinet that I am sure that this work is done by one of your men and there the minister threatens the other minister that if I do not get my grandson then it will be very bad. The name of that other minister is Varun. Now pressure is increased on the police to find the grandson of the minister and a special officer is called for this, his name is Saptarishi. Saptarishi's senior officer tells him that this work can be done by a gangster Bagh because Bagh was a very famous gangster of West Bengal at that time whose terror was spread all over West Bengal.

When Minister Varun called Baga and asks him about the kidnapping, Baga tells him that it is not his work but he will soon find out about the kidnapping. To find out about this kidnapping, Baga gives his special men Ranjit and Sagar. Both of them find out the kidnapper in no time and then both of them make the kidnapper suffer and send the children safely to his home.

Now in the next scene we are shown a candidate of a political party whose name is Nivedita and the news is that elections are about to come and she is holding a rally. While holding a rally she brings this matter in front of the public that a minister's son was kidnapped and the entire police force was deployed for that and within a few hours the children were found, while on the other hand there are reports of more than 4000 children being kidnapped in the entire state and no action is being taken against them. Nivedita even talks about the Chief Minister regarding this matter and she mainly says this for the Chief Minister only. The Chief Minister is watching the live telecast with his cabinet and then the people there start talking among themselves that something has to be done about this Nivedita because she can create problems for their party and can reduce your chances.

In the next scene, we are shown that Bagha's mother dies and after some time Varun also comes there and calls Bagha inside the room and asks him to get the opposition party leader Nivedita out of the way. Along with this, he also tells Bada about all his illegal activities and Varun himself was a partner in some of these businesses. Then he tells that elections are near so we will conduct raids at many places where illegal businesses are going on and we will do this because we have to show the public that our party is doing so much work against illegal activities. Then he tells Bagha that when the raid will happen, the entire goods will not be confiscated but only a little amount of goods will be confiscated and he instructs him to shift all the goods to some other place beforehand.

Police officer Saptrishi comes to know about the illegal businesses going on in the city and he starts raiding these places. But whenever he is about to raid a factory, someone leaks the news and most of the goods of the factory are emptied and only a few goods are left there. When such incidents happen many times, Sapt Rishi suspects that there is definitely someone informal in his team who is leaking the news outside.
Now I will end the story here and to know the further story you will have to watch this web series. Although this web series is not very mystery or suspenseful but it is full of action and thrill.

My Reviews and suggestion

The story of the web series was good and if seen, it is a political crime thriller web series, so there is more political drama in it and it is shown how bitter the truth of a political party is and how a political party earns its money and to what extent it can go to keep itself in power. Along with the political party, the life of these gangsters is also shown and it is shown that there is some kind of conflict between these people and mainly there is more action and thrill in it. The web series is not very long and there are only seven episodes. If seen, the web series here is full of action, thrill, mystery and drama.
Overall the webseries was good.
