Movies are a part of me and I’m usually open to watching more movies which serve as a way of exploring different cultures, places or lifestyle through the use of movies.
Over time, I changey favorite movie because new movies are released everyday and with what it portrays and we can learn from it, I change my favorite movie.

My favorite movie of all time is Love in every word, a Nollywood Nigerian movie which surrounds how different men profess their love to the woman they love. Maybe this teaches some men how to treat a woman they love or they feel this is too much treatment for a lady.

Plot summary of the movie

Chioma, a working class lady meets a man, Odogwu at an event she went for in her village. That has always been what her mum wanted because Odogwu is known to be a rich and caring man whom everyone knows in the environment.

Eventually, he falls in love with Chioma but there was a problem. Chioma never liked Odogwu because of his local accent and mostly because of a trauma she’s battling with but at last, she falls in love with Odogwu and they finally got married.

My thoughts about the movie

My plot seem like an easy story, right? What do I feel about this movie? Odogwu is a kind of man who wants to satisfy the woman he loves with his money and everything he has. That’s a good thing but don’t you think doing something like that will make it hard to find real love?

Let’s place it side by side with what’s happening these days. So many ladies only want to date or get married to a guy because he has money but not because they love him for real. Watching this movie and how Odogwu is spending too much money on Chioma, he never can tell if she loves him or not.

That’s why young boys these days find it hard to know if a woman truly loves them or not. The movie is an interesting one but I do not think I can buy idea of buying too many gifts for a lady you claim to love. I see it as an idea of buying love too.

What I love about this movie is the controversial aspect of it. At the end of the movie, I know the question “is love to be bought” will struck on the minds of so many people. Also, I’m this kind of person who loves to watch a movie that asks a question at the end of it.

Talking about my favorite scene, it’s a scene where Odogwu goes into Chioma’s office with some band members, singing and making noise in the whole place.
Chioma’s boss was about to ask the gatekeeper to send them away from the work vicinity when the gatekeeper revealed that Odogwu just bought the entire compound that same morning.

Chioma who was scared that her boss was going to fire her smiled immediately and that boosted her confidence and even made her boss respect her the more.

I had to send this movie to my guy to watch. The rich guys like the idea of spoiling their loved ones with too much money but for the struggling ones, it hinders them from finding love because no woman wants to date a broke man.

I really love the movie. It’s a fantastic one and a must watch for every single guy and lady who wants to get married. Even the married ones will surely have something to say about this movie.
I’ll give it a 9/10 rating and I’ll advice you to give it a watch.

Here is my entry to cinetv contest.
