Ghosted by Dexter Fletcher - A Fun and Light Spy Movie

Greetings!

I watched some Olympic competition this week and then I remembered that Chris Evans's character in Ghosted went to London to follow Ana de Armas' character. I saw the trailer of Ghosted while Chris Evans was talking about going to Paris. The Olympics made me recall the movie so I went on and watched. Ana de Armas and Chris Evans are two of the most beautiful actors today, they look great together in this movie.

"Ghosted" is all about a spy (Ana de Armas) who by chance met with Evans and then they hooked up together. Until Evans found out who Ana was a fun and hilarious scene ensued.

Nice opening background music

I like the nice opening background music in the first scene of Chris Evans. It is refreshing and will hook you up, making you think that the succeeding scenes will be nice.

Something a little bit unexpected

A snake plant is a little bit unexpected for me because I thought Snake Plants only thrive in tropical countries like ours.

First cheesy scene

That first cheesy moment, great musical background and natural Ana makes Ghosted a very nice film while funny at the same time.

That river scene is also very natural

I love the river scene, it is so natural and it makes the movie one of the lightest action comedy films that I watched this year.

I love this river scene, the whole is effortless and still came out great (source: screenshot from Ghosted)

The previous scenes before the river scene established that the succeeding will still be romantic but then I don't expect a foot race coming. Though the foot race adds a different element to the film I was a little surprised.

There's a scene in this film where you will notice look Evans looks better without the Jacket, he looks sophisticated and sleek

My only objection to the beginning scenes of the film is that the "getting to know each other scene" took a little long and that the love scene is a little bit too early. Well, I am expecting a love scene in the later part of the film but not at the beginning of the film.

"My Sharona" got me pumped up!

My Sharona is one of the most iconic music in history and when the film strutted it, I was pumped up, and made me still, good job!

You two should get a room, it gets funnier every time it is delivered

One the the lines that I got to love on this one is "You two should get a room". Even the assassins that try to kill them would utter the phrase, so funny.

Although some are predictable

Although some scenes are easily predictable, it doesn't take away anything from the film since it is already established that it is a good film.

Lover's Quarrel every time

I like that the "you two should get a room" goes hand and hand with their lover's quarrel in the film, it makes it a very light comedy film.

Conclusion

All in all, I can't say lots of bad about this film because both actors are my favorites. Although some scenes are easily predictable it is all a fun movie to watch. If you like my Sharona then you will get pumped up too!

That is all for now guys, catch you up with the next one. Wishing you all safety, good health, and abundance.

I enjoyed the movie. It was a light-hearted, funny Rom-Com. Things are going to be silly and nonsensical at times. I suspend my belief and lean into the fun.
