I remember this movie. What I am still thinking about is why he fell to the ground after pulling the sword from the rock.

I think he falls to the ground because of psychological factors in his mind that he hadn't discovered, some traumas that he blocked and not accepting his destiny as king at the beginning, made the power of the sword too much for him :v
