I ask because Saitama is actually a common Japanese name with multiple anime characters (and an actual city in the real world) having it.

That's cool... Dragon Ball/Z might be one of the most Dubbed anime of all time!

Oh, wait. We're talking about One Piece here... It counts too. I don't think any localization team is ready to Dub the whole thing, though. !LOLZ
