After a year, two of his former colleagues are murdered and another mysteriously disappears. Things are getting too complicated, as it seems to be an internal war within the police station over a shady business. The investigation will also have consequences...

Apart from Victor Belmondo, the cast includes Tewfik Jallab as Sami Belkaïm, Yvan Attal as police commissioner Charles Balestra, Juliette Dol as Captain Hanna Levasseur and Soufiane Guerrab as Captain Richard Esteves.

Quite accomplished performances; however, despite its accomplished atmosphere and well-choreographed action scenes, the film suffers from a somewhat convoluted script and underdeveloped characters.

Originally, the book was intended to be a sequel to Marchal's 2005 hard-hitting film “36 Quai des Orfevres” with Gérard Depardieu and Daniel Auteuil, but the action here shifts to the 17th arrondissement's rue Bastion.

Drugs, shootings, false clues, police corruption, etc... They make the film a pure entertainment without many pretensions,
