Extraction 2020 Film Review - Mercenaries who save the son of the biggest drug dealer in India

Today I just watched a film played by my favorite great actor, Chris Hemsworth, this great film is called Extraction which was released in 2020.

This Hollywood action thriller film was directed by a director named Sam Hargrave, starring great actors such as Chris Hemsworth, Golshifteh Farahani, Randeep Hooda, Rudhraksh Jaiswal and other great actors.

The synopsis of this film tells the story of a former SAS Special Forces mercenary named Tyler Rake who is hired by the most prominent drug dealer in India to rescue his son who was kidnapped by his rival who is a drug dealer from Bangladesh.

This 116 minute film received a rating of 6.8 according to the IMBD site. The following is a brief storyline of this film.

Extraction 2020 movie

The film opens with an Indian drug dealer's son who has just come home from school named Ovi Jr. When he arrived home, he was warned by the head of his father's security forces, a former special forces officer named Saju, not to go out at night carelessly.

That evening, Ovi and his friends went to a bar to party, on their way home Ovi and his friends were confronted by corrupt police who collaborated with his father's rival, a drug dealer from Bangladesh.

After shooting his friend, the 2 police immediately kidnapped Ovi. Saju, who found out that Ovi had been kidnapped, immediately reported it to Ovi Sr. who was being locked up in the Central Prison detention room in Mumbai, India.

Hearing this, Ovi Sr. immediately asked Saju to hire special forces to save his child, otherwise Saju's child would be killed because Saju could not carry out his duties properly.

Hearing this, Saju immediately contacted Nik Khan to hire his team to rescue Ovi Jr. who is currently in Bangladesh. Hearing the offer, Nik immediately contacted all his team members, including Tyler Rake.

After designing a thorough plan, Tyler was immediately sent to Dhaka, Bangladesh to rescue Ovi Jr. at the headquarters of a Bangladeshi drug dealer named Amir Asif.

After successfully entering the place where Ovi was being held and killing all of Amir's subordinates there, Ovi Jr. was immediately rushed by Tyler to the pick-up point. And after receiving a report from Colonel Rashid that Ovi Jr. had managed to escape, Amir immediately asked Colonel Rashid to order his men to chase Ovi Jr. and Tyler.

Colonel Rashid himself is the most influential police officer in Bangladesh and all his men are Bangladeshi police officers, with full strength and assisted by his team, Tyler did his best to take Ovi away to save her.

However, while they were boarding the boat to escape, several of Tyler's team were attacked by an unknown person and they all died. It turned out that that person was Saju, Saju wanted to kill all the members of Team Nik Khan including Tyler because he couldn't afford to pay them the very high price.

And Saju wanted to bring Ovi Jr home alone, with his prowess Tyler continued to fight with Saju until Saju was seriously injured, then Tyler continued to take Ovi away.

When Tyler and Saju were cornered by the Bangladeshi police, Tyler finally asked Nik to contact his old friend in the Special Forces who now lives in Bangladesh, a man named Gaspar.

After being picked up by Gaspar and staying for several days at Gaspar's house to rest and recover, now Gaspar suddenly wants to kill Ovi Jr because he is tempted by Amir's offer of $10 million USD.

Tyler, who didn't agree with this, immediately fought with Gaspar until he died at the hands of Ovi Jr. who was forced to shoot Gaspar when Ovi Jr saw that Gaspar wanted to kill Tyler.

And after getting information from Nik that Saju couldn't afford to pay them, Nik asked Tyler to leave Ovi so it would be easier to pick them up.

However, with a soft heart and continuing to remember his son who had died a long time ago, in the end Tyler was still going to save Ovi Jr.

Now they meet Saju again, Tyler asks Saju to take Ovi to the Sultan Kamal Bridge in Bangladesh because his team will pick them up there using a helicopter, while Tyler will block the enemy as much as possible around there.

Because the Bangladeshi police continued to look for Ovi Jr., Saju finally had to be willing to fight against all the police who wanted to attack them. When the battle on the bridge became very fierce, Saju died because he was shot by Colonel Rashid using a sniper.

Seeing this, Nik immediately shot Colonel Rashid using a sniper from a distance, which killed the corrupt Colonel. When Tyler arrived at the bridge, he also had to fight with many police.

In the end, Nik managed to save Ovi Jr and was taken away using a helicopter, while Tyler was now dying after being shot in the neck by Amir's subordinates. To save himself, Tyler decided to jump into the river.

Eight months later, in a toilet Amir met Nik, at that time Nik immediately took out a postol to shoot Amir. Meanwhile, Ovi Jr. has now returned to his house and goes to school as usual. When he wants to swim in the pool, Ovi always remembers Tyler who saved him at that time, after diving and when Ovi resurfaced, with still blurry vision he saw someone the figure of a man sitting beside the pool and looking at him, in Ovi Jr's imagination, that person is very similar to Tyler, THE END.

My opinion about the 2020 film Extraction

This is really a very good film, there is no room for me to say this film is bad, starting from the storyline, the acting of the actors, the realistic editing to the choice of locations that look very real make this film very perfect and very exciting to watch.

The tense action shown in the film will make anyone who watches it gasp because this film really makes us pound when we watch it.

In fact, spending almost 2 hours watching this film was really not in vain, I also recommend it to HIVERS friends who like action thriller films, this film is highly recommended.

Conclusion

Do your work responsibly whatever the consequences, and never trust anyone when you are doing your hard work, because your best friend might try to destroy you because you are tempted by money.
