Under the Sea Experience at the Cinema: The Little Mermaid

Indulging yourself to unusual things is a must. We must discover the world with curiousity for us to know how things would work. In my case, it was once in a lifetime to experience such things I once thought that I couldn't able to experience in my entire life.

Last weekend, I treat myself a cinema since I only tried this once. Since there are many new movies that are still showing, so I gave it a try and chose the overrated movie which is The Little Mermaid.

So come under the sea with me and let's find out what this incredible cinema could offer...

The Entrance

This is the entrance view of the cinema that I chose. This cinema is located at SM Seaside. I really love SM Seaside as my go-to mall, since this mall is not crowded which I love about as an introvert person.

The Entire View

While waiting for my turn to pay for my ticket and to choose where I prefer to seat, I captured first the entire view of the ticketing area and what's inside in general. It was indeed spacious, because there was a place where they also sell foods like popcorn or any drinks you'd like.

The Ticketing Area

This is the place where I purchased my ticket. This movie ticket costs ₱380 or $6.8 to be exact. For me, it was quite expensive for a movie, because the last time I purchased a cinema ticket, it's quite cheaper. Maybe because it was 7 years ago since the last time I purchased it and yet how time flies so fast, and when time flies so fast, expenses could go higher too. So let's enjoy this price for now, because we don't know if we could able to experience this again in the future.

Movie Snacks

This was my movie snacks when I watched The Little Mermaid last weekend. We could never go wrong with milktea and fries combo. I chose A Little Tea for my milktea with the flavor Oreo Cheesecake and Potato Fries for my fries with a flavor of Chili BBQ. It will always be the best to have a perfect mix and match for our movie snacks, since it was a 2 hour ride with the movie. Just a tip if you will ever watch any movie: Choose your snacks wisely, so that you can widely appreciate the movie.

A Ticket to the Underwater

This was my ticket to the underwater. This was time when I was already inside. I totally forgot to capture my ticket outside, so I captured it here inside the cinema. Honestly, I like to capture things like this, because it reminds me of the memories that happened inside the cinema.

Movie Time

Finally, the movie started at 6:15 pm. It was the second to the last schedule of that day. Good thing I was able to catch up the scheduled time and I was able to enjoy the movie. Honestly, I wasn't able to watch the cartoon movie of this, so I definitely don't have any idea while watching this, so I think I'm the only one who doesn't know beforehand of any of their songs or who's the father of Ariel, or who's the villain of the movie, or the summary of the movie in general. So, I guess I somehow did clout chasing that time, but nah I don't agree since I went there to treat myself some good movie and good food (hehe).

Cinema Pictorial

After the movie, I let someone captured some good pictures of me in the cinema for me to have some pictures or to post in my social media accounts and of course to save it in my gallery. This is once in a lifetime experience, so I won't let it pass and savor each moment I had when I was there.

Some Insights

It was a fun-filled experience with new memories to cherish. It was an unforgettable experience, because it was my first time spending some money on my leisure time. I won't really deprive myself from things that could make me happy and could never disappoint me. I would really spoil myself as much as I can, because I was really deprived from things when I was a child. Nevertheless, it was a great under the sea experience. Thank you for getting this far.
