Cine TV Contest #126 - Favorite Movie That No One Likes
The Hateful Eight is a movie by the great director Quentin Tarantino and it is a movie that many people may disagree about, some people think it is boring and long while others love it and find it a very good movie As for me I am one of the people who think it is a great movie and this is because I see many elements in it that make the movie worth watching.
What makes The Hateful Eight a special movie is the story that takes place in almost one place and which all talks about a group of people in an isolated place in the snow At first you may find it a bit boring especially since it is full of long dialogues and events that are not fastpaced like other movies But for me this was an attractive factor because this dialogue is not just ordinary talk but each word adds details that help you understand the characters more and makes you doubt them and their intentions.
The acting in the movie was great especially with the presence of a large group of talented actors such as Samuel L Jackson Jingo Diekman and Kurt Russell each of whom had a distinct character which made you unable to anticipate the events and think about each character individually The movie is also full of constant tension even in the quiet moments and this was something special in the cinematic style.
The cinematography and lighting in the movie were also amazing The director used the camera in a strong artistic way especially in the open scenes in the snow which had a beautiful visual effect Although the story may be slow at the beginning of the movie the development of events in the second half makes you unable to leave the movie until you reach the end.
In the end The Hateful Eight is not a movie for everyone but it is great for those who love cinema with strong dialogue and complex characters For me it is a very good movie because it gave me a cinematic experience different from any other movie.

Un dato interesante de esa pelicula es que Tarantino la grabó a la antigua, con camara de 8mm,un trabajo adicional, solo por su pasión por el cine. Tambien es para mi la pelicula de Tarantino más teatral, por la locación y las actuaciones. Todas las peliculas de Tarantino da mucho para hablar.
