🎬️ Movie: Heretic from 2024 🎬️

Hi everyone, saw the trailer for the movie and thought it looked interesting. Was in the mood for a horror movie and this one came out in 2024, a psychological horror movie directed by Scott Beck and Bryan Woods, known for their work on "A Quiet Place".😃

We follow two young missionaries in the movie, Sister Paxton played by Chloe East and Sister Barnes played by Sophie Thatcher. They are out to spread their faith and visit the home of Mr. Reed played by Hugh Grant. What starts as a normal conversation quickly turns into a terrifying and claustrophobic experience when they eventually realize they can't leave his house. I thought Hugh Grant gave a great performance as Mr. Reed, a charismatic but manipulative person who challenges the missionaries' faith and puts them to the test. Here there is manipulation and control, challenge of faith and at times you sit nervous and excited about what is going to happen, I like when movies do this, it was not always good, it can seem a bit predictable towards the end, but still the film is worth watching for fans of the genre. I give it a 7.
