My Actifit Report Card: March 15 2024

W końcu udało mi się w tym programie pobić 20 tysięcy kroków, a trzeba przyznać, że nie jest on czuły jak Actifit i nie nabija byle ruch telefonem jako krok.

Wczoraj jak wróciłem z pracy, też się zważyłem i waga tak samo jak przedwczoraj pokazała 92 kg, choć do pracy poszedłem na czczo i nic nie jadłem, tylko wypiłem rano kawę, a w pracy dwie herbaty.

30k na pewno nie zrobię. Chyba, że w lato jak będzie ciepło.

A Google Fit jak zwykle dodaje 10 tysięcy kroków gratis.

A co na to Fitatu? Według programu miałem wczoraj deficyt kaloryczny około 1,1 tysiąca kalorii. Ładnie, ale to jeszcze za mało. Wiem, nie będę jadł obiadu, po co komu obiad. 🤣
