Train to Busan - My Favorite Scary Movie - [CineTV Contest]
If you're a fan of horror movies, you might have already seen Train to Busan. But if you haven't, you might be wondering: What makes Train to Busan my favorite scary movie? Here's a summary: In the first scene, chaos breaks out at a train station, as a mysterious biotech building has a mysterious leak. Then, aggressive contortionist zombies attack the train, and only small groups of survivors are left alive.
The movie begins with the horde of zombies, and it escalates quickly from there. As the zombie virus begins to spread, a newly bitten girl jumps onto the train, bites a train attendant, and spreads the virus to the rest of the passengers. The movie is harrowing, but it also demonstrates the human instinct to survive. Train to Busan is one of the best horror movies I've seen in a while.
As the zombie infection takes hold of the city, the passengers are forced to retreat to their own train cars. As a result, the conductor repositions the train to a quarantine zone in the city of Busan. There, the survivors fight zombies and attempt to find their way back to their loved ones. The passengers are forced to fight through the zombie horde to get to the front car.
The zombie epidemic spreads throughout South Korea and leads to the outbreak of zombies. Train to Busan takes place four years later, with the survivors still fighting off the zombies. The train journey to Busan takes about two and a half hours, depending on which way you choose to travel. In case you've already seen Train to Busan, you may want to check out its sequel, which also features zombies.
Ariel highlights the dread scare in Train to Busan. The bitten hand of Seok-woo serves as a ghost, and the specter of a dead woman looms over the landscape. While the two characters are still in love, a couple of moments of violence and bloodshed ensue. While the plot engrosses you and your family, the movie will leave you breathless.
The zombies in this film are a bit more sophisticated than in other zombie movies. It's visually stunning, but the film takes a different approach than most, but it pays off in the end. It's not a bloodbath on a train, and it has more subtext than other zombie films. If you're a fan of horror movies, you'll love Train to Busan. You'll be terrified.
The movie's backstory is just as fascinating as the film itself. You'll love the fact that the rioters were re-educated during the film's shooting sequences. The snotty executive, played by Kim Eui-sung, is an eerie cloak of fear. The film is paced at a ferocious pace, and Lee Hyung-deok's agile camerawork and dexterous editing keep it moving along at a frantic pace.
Despite the intense horror in this film, it has a message of empathy. The main character Seok-woo, a working-class man, shuts the door on his pregnant wife Seong-kyeong, and Sang-hwa, a sexy woman, calls him out for his selfishness. Thankfully, Sang-hwa is an admirable compassionate man, who puts the safety of others before his own. His selfishness is demonstrated in another character, Yon-suk.
The script for this film is extremely well-structured and effective. It sets up the main characters and their threats, and introduces the movie's universe and threats. And the film's visual storytelling is superb, with the characters conveying the story in a way that makes the audience feel what they are feeling. I love horror movies, but this one is a great example of how it's done. This movie is a must-see!
A surprisingly good plot is the key to making this movie frightening. The story is a complex one with many subplots that intertwine with each other, and this is the hallmark of a well-crafted plot. The film is also enjoyable despite being so familiar to horror fans.
