Royal Corgi (ENG/SPA) (NO SOPILERS)
Hello, internet people! Everything ok? I hope you had a great weekend with your moms. Today I want to tell you about the movie Royal Corgi, a film as weird as it is entertaining haha.
¡Hola, gente de internet! ¿Todo bien? Espero que hayan pasado un buen fin de semana junto a sus madres. Hoy quiero hablarles de la película Royal Corgi, un film tan raro como entretenido haha.
I have to start by talking about the aesthetics and art design, not that it has anything super special but I do find it quite nice, and also the color palette is quite harmonious and striking, both the Corgies and the queen her husband and Donald Trump are identical to their real counterpart, and I wish it didn't add some hilarity to the movie.
Tengo que empezar hablando de la estética y diseño del arte, no es que tenga algo super especial pero si me parece bastante bonita, y además la paleta de colores es bastante armónica y llamativa, tanto los Corgies como la reina su esposo y Donald Trump son idénticos a su contraparte real, y quiera que no le agrega algo de hilarancia a la película.
These characteristics directly lead me to love the cinematography of the film, the color palette as I mentioned is very nice and according to the scenes, as well as the camera shots and the composition of the scenes are also very good.
Estas características directamente me llevan a amar la fotografía de la película, la paleta de colores como mencioné es muy bonita y acorde con las escenas, al igual que los planos de cámara, y además la composición de las escenas también están muy bien.
As for the story, I found it both weird and funny, have you ever imagined seeing the queen and Donald Trump in an animated movie? haha even though they are not the main characters they are an important part of the plot and I find it quite weird, however this also brings very hilarious moments to the plot.
En cuanto a la historia, me pareció tanto rara como graciosa ¿alguna vez imaginaron ver a la reina y a Donald Trump en una película animada? haha aún cuando no son los protagonistas sí son parte importante de la trama y me parece bastante raro, sin embargo esto también trae momentos muy hilarantes a la trama.
I like how the story begins, following the footsteps of Rex, our protagonist, from puppyhood to young adulthood and thanks to too much coddling and not enough scolding, Rex is a first-rate, self-centered, selfish lout and it's not until he finds himself outside the palace that he learns great lessons in humility and empathy.
Me gusta como inicia la historia, siguiendo los pasos de Rex, nuestro protagonista, desde que era un cachorro hasta que es joven adulto y gracias a demasiados mimos y pocos regaños, Rex es un patán de primera, egocéntrico y egoísta, no es hasta que se ve fuera del palacio que aprende grandes lecciones de humildad y empatía.
Being an animated film, it has quite a few good jokes and absurd situations that are precisely part of the hilarity of the film, such as the arranged marriage between Donald Trump's dog and Rex, or the situations inside the kennel (I don't want to give too many details so as not to give spoilers).
Al ser una película animada, tiene bastantes chistes buenos y situaciones absurdas que precisamente forman parte de la hilarancia de la cinta, como el matrimonio arreglado entre la perrita de Donald Trump y Rex, o las situaciones dentro de la perrera (no quiero dar muchos detalles para no dar spoilers)
I also liked a lot the evolution of the characters, especially Rex who through the course of the film goes from being a self-centered and snobbish doggy to a doggy with deep feelings and more empathetic, I think he is the one who has a more significant change and I quite liked that.
También me gustó mucho la evolución de los personajes, sobre todo de Rex quién a través del transcurso de la película pasa de ser un perrito egocéntrico y snob a un perrito con sentimientos profundos y más empático, creo que es quien tiene un cambio más significativo y me gustó bastante eso.
On the other hand, its ending was what I liked the most since all the good characters ended more than well (it is logical for an animated movie) and the villain had a peculiar and quite funny ending. I don't want to give too many details to avoid spoilers as I said before but without a doubt it's a funny and quite entertaining movie, yes it's a movie I would recommend.
Por otro lado, su final fue lo que más me gustó ya que todos los personajes buenos terminaron más que bien (es lógico tratándose de una película animada) y el villano tuvo un final peculiar y bastante gracioso. No quiero dar demasiados detalles para evitar spoilers como dije anteriormente pero sin lugar de dudas es una película graciosa y bastante entretenida, si es una película que recomendaría
