A pesar de que salió hace un par de años me encantaría recomendar esta serie y es por ello que el día de hoy, quisiera hacer una reseña de la misma, para que se sientan motivados a verla también, ya que desde mi punto de vista toca temas bastante profundos que durante nuestro día a día normalmente no hablaríamos, ya sea porque no se le dé importancia o se le considere un tema Taboo, es por eso que pienso que esta serie que consta de solo 8 episodios es una joya. Cabe destacar que la serie es de los mismos creadores de Hora de aventura, así que para aquellos los cuales de pequeños veíamos este increíble show nos trae bastante nostalgia, ya que en cierto aspectos como lo es la animación te recuerda un poco a aquellos tiempos, y que la serie lamentablemente fué cancelada por Netflix luego de su primera temporada, pero que eso no te afecte a la hora de verla, ya que recordemos, está empresa es bien conocida por cancelar series bastante buenas y alargar aquellas comerciales y progresistas para el mercado global.

It should be noted that the series is from the same creators of Adventure Time, so for those of us who watched this incredible show as children, it brings us a lot of nostalgia, since in certain aspects such as animation it reminds you a bit of those times, and that the series was unfortunately canceled by Netflix after its first season,
but that does not affect you when it comes to watching it, as we remember, this company is well known for canceling quite good series and extending commercial and progressive ones for the market global.

La serie se basa en un personaje llamado Clancy el cuál tiene un podcast espacial y visita mundos random para poder entrevistar a un personaje acerca de temas profundos, sí, no es la mejor descripción, pero esa sería una sinopsis bastante resumida ya que lo interesante ocurre durante las entrevistas. Ahora bien, dentro de los mundos que visita durante el episodio se van enfrentado a ciertas adversidades que ocurren a su alrededor, y todo esto sin dejar de lado el tema principal del que hablan el cuál no tiene nada que ver con lo que les está ocurriendo, sí, parece complicado, pero la verdad es que es una joya visual, mundos coloridos y saturados, y una animación bastante buena, lo interesante de esto, es que si realmente solo escuchamos el audio sin saber lo que sucede de fondo igualmente sería válido, ya que como mencioné anteriormente lo que ocurre alrededor no afecta en sus conversaciones, lo cual en sí es la esencia de los podcasts, el audio.

La muerte, meditación, adicciones y drogas, son varios de los temas que se profundizan en la serie, y pues sí, son temas que hablar con otras personas nos puede parecer un poco incómodo, ya que no es algo que sea muy satisfactorio, y que en sí, muy poca gente se cuestionan preguntas acerca de estos temas. Personalmente en su momento veía un episodio por día, con eso era suficiente como para mantenerme pensando el resto de las horas en como a veces podemos ser tan superficiales y que analizar de cerca todos estos temas, nos hace ver que en realidad no es malo, de hecho, estar de acuerdo con que somos humanos y que algún día llegará nuestro final y recordarnos esto con frecuencia nos hará valorar cada momento de nuestras vidas, no solo los buenos tiempos sino los malos también ya que al final estos son los que nos definen y nos van moldeando cómo personas.

Yes, it seems complicated, but the truth is that it is a visual jewel, colorful and saturated worlds, and quite good animation, the interesting thing about this is that if we really only listen to the audio without knowing what is happening in the background, it would still be valid , since as I mentioned before what happens around you does not affect your conversations, which in itself is the essence of podcasts, the audio. Death, meditation, addictions and drugs, are several of the topics that are explored in the series, and yes, they are topics that talking about with other people can seem a bit uncomfortable, since it is not something that is very satisfying, and that in itself, very few people ask questions about these issues. Personally, at the time I watched one episode a day, with that it was enough to keep me thinking for the rest of the hours about how sometimes we can be so superficial and that analyzing all these issues closely makes us see that it's not really bad,
in fact, agreeing that we are human and that one day our end will come and reminding ourselves of this frequently will make us value every moment of our lives, not only the good times but the bad ones as well, since in the end these are the ones that define us and they are molding us as people.

Distintos temas

En cada episodio tocan un tema y un mundo distinto, esto quiere decir que cada episodio el entrevistado es un personaje diferente, con ello se nos hace menos repetitiva la serie, haciendo que cada planeta en el que se encuentran tenga un problema aparte, y así mismo un episodio completamente desigual del otro, pero siempre siendo Clancy el entrevistador, pero incluso él, para visitar un mundo lo hace con una Skin exclusiva, lo que para mí lo hace mucho mejor ya que no te aburre en ningún momento, sin contar que los episodios ¡no duran más de 30 minutos!, Así que definitivamente no hay ninguna excusa para no poder verla.

So there is definitely no excuse not to watch it.

Inconvenientes

El único inconveniente es que si te consideras una persona de mente cerrada o te cuesta escuchar opiniones ajenas a tus creencias e ideales puede que no te guste tanto, a pesar de que hay ciertas opiniones dentro de la serie en las que tengo diferir, la verdad es que no es ningún inconveniente, ya que me gusta escuchar las opiniones y creencias de los demás siempre y cuando tengan criterio y una base sólida para decir las cosas, pero claramente este es mi punto de vista personal.

Quisiera hacer incapié en lo increíble que me resulta su animación, porque a pesar de que es un podcast, esto no quiere decir que lo que ocurre en de fondo sea aburrido, de hecho es bastante entretenido y si te quedas un buen tiempo observándola, incluso te pierdes de la conversación, siendo una increíble combinación en dónde puedes mirar un episodio la primera vez que vez y luego volverlo a ver pero está vez prestando atención en el tema que hablan. En ese sentido, si te comienza a gustar la serie aplicar este método hace que la disfrutes el doble.

I would like to emphasize how incredible its animation is to me, because even though it is a podcast, this does not mean that what happens in the background is boring, in fact it is quite entertaining and if you spend a long time watching it, even you lose yourself in the conversation, being an incredible combination where you can watch an episode the first time and then watch it again but this time paying attention to the topic they are talking about. In that sense, if you start to like the series, applying this method makes you enjoy it twice as much

Si te gustó en su momento hora de aventura o te llegó a llamar la atención, te la recomiendo, al ser de los mismos creadores, lo puedes ver plasmado múltiples veces dentro de la increíble animación de esta serie, y en cierto aspecto es más nostálgico, es como un Hora de Aventura versión adulta, dónde enfrentando adversidades se cuestionan preguntas existenciales sin ningún tipo de Taboo.

Finalmente, siendo honestos, si quieres ver algo diferente o cuestionar un poco acerca de la vida, esta serie es para tí, cuenta con todo lo necesario para hacerte captar tu atención y ver las cosas un poco diferente a como lo hacías antes.
