I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

Friday was another good day joining a 4th Hot yoga class in 5 days so far with the plan to get 3 more in the coming days. It is also starting to show in my skin. Afterward, I did walk by the supermarket to get some vegetables to make vegan pizza which I did in the afternoon just before the start of the first football match. I also managed to do some bench presses and got the weight ut by a couple kilos. In the late evening after the football, I did watch another movie

Movie #23: A Quiet Place Part II (7.0/10)

It's one of the movies I wanted to see for a long time as I liked the first one but never got to. With an new one in the cinema and a friend asking me to go I did get to watch it today. It followed immediately after what happened in the 2st movie so during the start I was quite distracted trying to catch up searching some details on Google. Overall, I liked it but at the same time by no means was overwhelmed by it. While watching it more felt like this franchise is more something of a series instead of a movie. In the end, it was more of the same and ok
