As we all know, this movie is a direct continuation of the first one I reveiwed About a week ago so I bet that we all will surely know what to expect.

As directed by Sam Hargrave, the part 2 of this action packed movie gave us an intense raw, visceral, and action experience that we considered to be relentless. Chris Hemsworth yet again showcased while he is considered one of the Best actors of our time and also Hagreave also showcased well crafted directing skills.

This movie is a direct continuation of the first part (Extraction). This continuation become more realistic as it broke Boundaries when it comes to film making.

Being the type that longs for a movie full of high octane action and immersive thrills, I can really say that Extraction 2 satisfied my adrenaline and gave me that satisfaction I longed for after watching the part one of this Movie.

Relentless momentum and visceral impact were Really prioritized by this movie, it really showcased to us the audience the full package of Chris Hemsworth physicality and the breathtaking skill possessed by Sam Hagreave when it comes to crafting action movie.

The Storyline
We all believed that Tyler Rake (Chris Hemsworth) was dead but to my ultermost supprise, he was drawn into his mercenary work.
But in this case , it was not just business, it was a personal matter which involves saving his ex wife sister and her children as they were trapped in a Georgian prison which I Later found out was controlled by his ex abusive gangster husband named , Davit Radiani.

Their was no time as action what was set the tone of the movie, the escape from prison which was meticulously planned set the tone of the movie.
After they have escaped , the dreaded gangster brother ,zurab (Tornike Gogrichiani) and his group of fully armed gangstas pursued them across Georgia and Austria.
from my own perspective, I can really say that the movie was straightforward, as the mission was centrally focused on Rake saving and protecting his ex sister and kids.
But once a while, the internal struggles faced by Chris Hemsworth was exposed and why he used his actions as a form of escape from his internal struggles.
Through out the movie, we experienced non stop intense fights, explosions and breathtaking stunts. Although he was constantly faced with overwhelming challenges, Rake had to rely on his innovation, resourcefulness , combat skills to survive.
My Thoughts on the Movie
- Action Choreography:
When it comes to the sequence of actions as seen in extraction 2, one can really say that it Worth the hype. I really love the scene of the prison riot as it was really masterclass, it really showed the genius mind of Hagreave in creating visceral and immersive actions.
The hand to hand combats, gunshots, explosions, and stunts were all masterclass.
- Chris Hemsworth's Performance:
With his performance in this "Extraction 2" , I am becoming more attracted to his movies.
His toughness, vulnerability really made him a compelling hero .
- Visuals and Cinematography:
The cinematography is also a top notch as it captured well the landscape of Austria and Georgia and it's beauty.
Final Verdict
If you really love what you saw in "Extraction 1" , then I can boldly tell you that this movie is a must watch for you.
