This week regarding movies, 'Sound of Freedom' has been trending. The story follows an incredible true story of a former government agent turned vigilante who embarks on a dangerous mission to save hundreds of children. This film's run time is just over two hours long and is an action biography. It stars Jim Caviezel, Mira Sorvino and Bill Camp. This film is directed by Alejandro Monteverde and is rated 8.2 stars on IMDb.

On Netflix this week in the TV category, 'The Lincoln Lawyer' has been trending with 8.3 million views this week. This series stars Manuel Garcia-Rulfo as leading role. There are two seasons and 10 episodes in each season. The series itself is rated 7.7 stars out of 10 on IMDb. The plot to this series is as follows; An idealist runs his business out of the back of his Lincoln Town Car. This series is based on Michael Connelly's bestselling novels. Have you watched this series or read the novels? I am always looking for new things to watch on Netflix, this one may be added to my watchlist, there are so many things lined up for me to watch haha! Does anyone else have countless things waiting to be watched?

On streaming services, 'The Idol' on HBO has been trending. This series stars popular musician The Weeknd, daughter of actor Johhny Depp- Lily-Rose Depp and Jennie Kim from K-Pop band Blackpink. This series has gained both positive and negative reviews and is currently standing at 4.7 stars. Although, I have seen various trailers and clips and to me it seems really interesting, something I would watch if I had HBO. There is one season with five episodes and the plot follows Jocelyn, who is desperate to reclaim her title as most popular diva in America after a nervous breakdown which disrupted her recent tour, a nightclub entrepreneur reignites her spark. Has anyone watched this series? It is rated an 18 and is very popular among the youth and heavily trending across social media.

This week on Youtube, 'Beabadoobee', real name Beatrice Laus, has released her latest music video with her new song 'The way things go'. I listened to the song not long after it was released and it is one of them songs that as soon as you listen to it you immediately like it. I have actually seen her in concert and was probably my favourite one I've attended! Has anyone else been to any concerts? I know that this song will be a big hit. The teaser is already popular on TikTok!

This week in the celebrity world, Jung Kook has released his latest song- 'Seven' after high anticipation from people like myself. Although, unlike his other songs, this one has received a lot of backlash and negative reviews. I personally love it and liked it from the first time I watched the music video. The song has been streamed 73 million times on Youtube after being posted 4 days ago! I will link it below for anyone that wants to find a new feel-good song to stream this summer.
