The traumatizing event is still fresh in the ears and eyes of those who caused the negligence. I am sure that no one would want to face such a situation and have to confront it.

Hannah, the character of Those Who Wish Me Dead, is the cause and owner of the tragic story I mentioned above. Fortunately, it's just a movie, but it's a very successful movie in terms of the story flow that can deeply affect its audience and evoke emotions. Angelina Jolie, who gives life to the character of Hannah, is very successful in the way she punishes herself and in the way she looks blamed, ostracized and isolated in the eyes of the society and her colleagues after the incident.

The movie shows the difficulties of the firefighting profession through the characters; while revealing the difficult situations faced by those who work in the profession, it allows the audience to understand more clearly. I can say that it is quite satisfying in terms of action and chase scenes that take place in a large forest area. With an adventurous approach, the characters show the flow of the story with their own humor. I can say that each character has his own unique behavior. This means knowing in advance which character will react to which event, but contrary to popular belief, it does not reduce the impact of the movie.

Every scene with dense trees, which seem to be quite vulnerable to fire, offers stunningly beautiful landscapes. At some moments, instead of following the chase, I focused on the landscapes along the characters' route. The unique beauty of nature adds extra value to the film and the action scenes that take place in it were incredibly enjoyable to watch. Apart from the location and the performances of the actors, I liked the way the past and present are combined in the same story. Some details can be integral to the fate of people. Angelina Jolie has to relive a similar fate with her character Hannah.

I loved the performances of every character in the film and the sense of humor that they never lost even in the difficult times they were in, but my favorite was Finn Litle as Connor, the child actor of the film. He successfully portrayed all the emotions of drama, tragedy, fear and survival instinct. His instinct to apply the map he drew for himself after his accident in the woods and to survive was worth seeing.

My favorite location in the movie was the watchtower built in the dense forest. The tower, which was as high as possible and made of glass on all sides, was quite suitable for living in as well as watching for possible fires. The idea of living in a place where only the wind and the sounds of swaying trees can be heard as outside noise makes you dream of many things. But I would like to point out that every dream I have is alone. You can add whatever you want. :)

Those Who Wish Me Dead is a very satisfyingly beautiful movie in many ways, and I highly recommend watching it. In terms of immersion and story flow, it makes time fly by quickly. The simulation of the fire in the dense trees and the effects are so successful that they are exactly the same as the real thing. Thank you for being here and reading.
