Buenas noches compañeros de Hive, saludos y bendiciones a los integrantes de esta gran comunidad de Movies &TV Shows, es un gran placer volver a escribir en esta comunidad. En esta oportunidad les quiero compartir una película que compró mi hermana hace poco, se trata de “El Viaje a París de la Señora Harris” una película que en lo personal inspira a las personas a buscar y cumplir sus sueños. Tengo que admitir que cuando mi hermana trajo esta película no me llamó la atención en lo absoluto, pero después de empezar a verla cambió por completo mi perspectiva, sigan leyendo y verán el porqué.

Mi Reseña

La Película está basada en el libro de “Flores para la Señora Harris, de Paul Gallico” publicado en 1958. Trata sobre una Señora de 50 años (La Señora Harris) que toda su vida a limpiado casas, en una de esas casas su empleadora le muestra un vestido Dior que compró y la señora Harris queda enamorada de él. A partir de ahí nace su sueño de tener su propio vestido Dior para estrenar en un baile que se dará en su comunidad. Para conseguir este vestido la Señora Harris empieza a ahorrar y a invertir su dinero para obtener más. Un día un oficial llega a su casa y le dice que su esposo murió pero que le corresponde una cantidad de dinero que le será entregado lo más rápido posible. Con ese dinero la Señora Harris completa el dinero necesario para conseguir sus sueños, viaja a París y empieza su aventura. Pero empiezan los obstáculos, ella no es de la alta sociedad así que habrá veces que la dejarán de lado, la Señora Harris tendrá que seguir luchando por sus sueños con uñas y dientes.

Mi Opinión

Es una historia fascinante que nos enseña mucho, empezando por hacer el bien a pesar de que esas personas te han tratado mal y seguir tus sueños hasta el final. Lo que me gusta de esta película es que el problema no fue conseguir el dinero, el problema son las cosas que tiene que enfrentar la Señora Harris cuando llega a la ciudad de París, desde pasar la noche en las calles y hasta recibir ofensas de personas que trabajan en la empresa Dior, aún así la Señora Harris, que pensaba que sólo iba a comprar un vestido, terminó ayudando a personas que ni siquiera sabían que necesitaban ayuda y lo más importante, nunca dejó de ser ella misma, no dejó que las circunstancias la cambiaran o hicieran que perdiera su sueño, siempre luchó por lo que creía correcto y siguió su camino hasta el final. Para mí la Señora Harris es una inspiración y un ejemplo de valentía que cada uno de nosotros deberíamos tomar.

En conclusión, esta historia nos lleva a pensar que a pesar de la edad que tengamos, seamos jóvenes o adultos, podemos perseguir nuestros sueños, siempre se van a presentar obstáculos en nuestro camino, pero depende de nosotros acobardarnos y huir o luchar por lo que queremos para después conseguirlos, no importa si es un vestido, un objeto o cualquier otro sueño, debemos luchar y esforzarnos para conseguir nuestros sueños, sino quedaremos frustrados y amargados por no haberlos cumplido.

Good evening fellow Hive members, greetings and blessings to the members of this great community of Movies &TV Shows, it is a great pleasure to write again in this community. In this opportunity I want to share with you a movie that my sister bought recently, it is “Mrs. Harris’s Journey to Paris” a movie that personally inspires people to seek and fulfill their dreams. I have to admit that when my sister brought this movie it didn’t catch my attention at all, but after I started watching it it completely changed my perspective, read on and you will see why.

My Review

The Movie is based on the book “Flowers for Mrs. Harris, by Paul Gallico” published in 1958. It is about a 50 year old lady (Mrs. Harris) who has been cleaning houses all her life, in one of those houses her employer shows her a Dior dress she bought and Mrs. Harris falls in love with it. From there is born her dream of having her own Dior dress to debut at a ball to be held in her community. To get this dress, Mrs. Harris starts saving and investing her money to get more. One day an officer comes to her house and tells her that her husband died but that she is entitled to a sum of money that will be given to her as soon as possible. With that money Mrs. Harris completes the money needed to achieve her dreams, travels to Paris and begins her adventure. But the obstacles begin, she is not from the high society so there will be times when she will be left aside, Mrs. Harris will have to keep fighting for her dreams tooth and nail.

My Opinion

It is a fascinating story that teaches us a lot, starting with doing good even though those people have treated you badly and following your dreams to the end. What I like about this movie is that the problem was not getting the money, the problem is the things that Mrs. Harris has to face when she arrives in the city of Paris, from spending the night in the streets and even receiving offenses from people who work in the Dior company, even so Mrs. Harris, who thought she was just going to buy a dress, ended up helping people who didn’t even know they needed help and most importantly, she never stopped being herself, she didn’t let circumstances change her or make her lose her dream, she always fought for what she believed was right and followed her path until the end. To me Mrs. Harris is an inspiration and an example of courage that each one of us should take.

In conclusion, this story leads us to think that despite the age we have, whether we are young or old, we can pursue our dreams, there will always be obstacles in our way, but it is up to us to get cold feet and run away or fight for what we want and then get them, no matter if it is a dress, an object or any other dream, we must fight and strive to achieve our dreams, otherwise we will be frustrated and bitter for not having fulfilled them.
