Una gran película con muchas enseñanzas para la vida interpretada por Sofía Vergara y Jon Favreau juntos a grandes actores de la pantalla grande. CHEF como es conocida nos narra la cima y el fondo de una persona en su vida profesional gastronómica sumándole a esto el conectar y reencontrarse con su hijo.

IMPACTÒ:
La filmación muestra muy real lo que es emprender y que llegar la cima. Porque solo prácticamente es imposible, pero si tienes motivaciòn y perseverancia quizàs lo logres; además la realidad de los latinos en territorios gringos no es fácil.

¿Qué aprendizaje te dejó?
Un negocio siempre debe tener un nicho, en este caso los sandwich que prepara el chef CARL y su hijo, aunque son muy simples tienen muchas variaciones ( sub marcas ) y eso frente a una buena sazón atrae el publico.
Otra cosa es que las redes sociales crean interacción con las personas y si las personas no van a ti pues llévales tu marca en un carro cerca de ellos como lo hace el hijo con su padre chef.

INSPIRACIÒN Y MOTIVACIÒN
Esta filmación la vi hace poco aunque es del 2014 y recordé cuando en pandemia hacia creps y los repartía en mi moto con una bolso naranjado con un bigote dibujado. La verdad me identifique mucho con el personaje porque me muevo en el sector gastronómico mas que todo en lo que son mazas ( pizzas, creps, pasteles, pan ) ya que lo estudie en un instituto acá en Colombia y tengo muchas ideas en mi cabeza para crear jeje.

Esta película tienes dos momentos que la hicieron memorable :

1. cuando va un critico de comida al restaurante donde trabaja Carl y el jefe de el no le deja preparar el plato que lleva en su corazón, sino que se limita a la comanda y el menù del restaurant que le ordena el jefe.
   (es triste )
2. Cuando Carl lleva a su hijo a comer una carne super añejada y preparada en horno para su nuevo sabor de sandwich ( de verdad que se vehìa delicioso ).

Trate de no contarte mucho la película porque quiero que te la veas; el sector gastronómico siempre va a ser buen negocio si sos organizado con tus costos e insumos; además como consejo te sugiero que en el proyecto que te vallas a meter siempre sepas del tema, es decir el arte. Eres creativo, lleva tu idea a la realidad.
Recuerda que los emprendimientos se empiezan con centavos y que siempre luches por tus sueños ya que si no otro te contratará para que cumplas los de el.

A great movie with many lessons for life played by Sofía Vergara and Jon Favreau with great actors of the big screen. CHEF as it is known tells the story of the top and the bottom of a person in his professional culinary life adding to this the connection and reunion with his son.

IMPACTÒ:.
The film shows very real what it is to undertake and to reach the top. Because alone it is practically impossible, but if you have motivation and perseverance you might make it; also the reality of Latinos in the United States is not easy.

What did you learn?
A business must always have a niche, in this case the sandwiches prepared by chef CARL and his son, although they are very simple they have many variations (sub brands) and that in front of a good seasoning attracts the public.
Another thing is that social networks create interaction with people and if people do not go to you then take your brand in a car near them as the son does with his father chef.

INSPIRATION AND MOTIVATION.
I saw this film recently although it is from 2014 and I remembered when I used to make pancakes in pandemic and I delivered them on my motorcycle with an orange bag with a moustache drawn on it. The truth is that I identified a lot with the character because I move in the gastronomic sector more than anything else in what are maces (pizzas, crepes, cakes, bread) since I studied it in an institute here in Colombia and I have many ideas in my head to create hehe.

What makes it unforgettable for you?
Chef Carl's desire to get ahead but following his own path, being free to prepare what he likes, plus the beautiful connection he makes with his son, encouraging him to have that entrepreneurial spirit to work and think ahead. Although the film tells the story of this person, I feel that it is more focused on the child.

This movie has two moments that made it memorable: 1.

1. when a food critic goes to the restaurant where Carl works and his boss doesn't let him prepare the dish he has in his heart, but he limits himself to the order and the menu of the restaurant that the boss orders.
   (it's sad )
2. When Carl takes his son to eat a super aged meat prepared in the oven for his new flavor of sandwich (it really tasted delicious).

I tried not to tell you too much about the movie because I want you to see it; the gastronomic sector will always be a good business if you are organized with your costs and supplies; besides, as a piece of advice I suggest that in the project you are going to get into you should always know the subject, that is to say, the art. You are creative, take your idea to reality.
Remember that entrepreneurship starts with pennies and always fight for your dreams, otherwise someone else will hire you to fulfill his.
