The Lord Of The Rings: The Fellowsip Of The Ring [ENG/ESP]

Ambientada en el ficticio mundo de la Tierra Media. Esta película del año 2001 nos cuenta que existen diferentes anillos de poder que pueden ser controlados por un anillo superior. Este anillo había estado perdido durante muchos años hasta que un hobbit lo consiguió, al un grupo de personas enterarse de esta noticia coinciden en que el anillo debe ser destruido antes de que el mal lo consiga, así que le otorgan a Frodo (el protagonista) el honor (y responsabilidad) de llevar el anillo en el viaje hacía el lugar en donde el anillo fue creado y que también resulta ser el único lugar en donde puede ser destruido. Frodo es el único que no se ve tentado por el poder del anillo y lo lleva como un collar, a este hobbit lo acompaña un representante de cada colonia como lo es un elfo, un enano y un mago además de sus amigos hobbits, juntos se van encontrando a personas que los ayudaran y personas que los engañaran por querer el anillo.

Set in the fictional world of Middle Earth. This 2001 film tells us that there are different rings of power that can be controlled by a superior ring. This ring had been lost for many years until a hobbit got it, when a group of people hear this news they agree that the ring must be destroyed before evil gets it, so they give Frodo (the protagonist) the honor (and responsibility) to carry the ring on the journey to the place where the ring was created and that also happens to be the only place where it can be destroyed. Frodo is the only one who is not tempted by the power of the ring and wears it as a necklace, this hobbit is accompanied by a representative of each colony as it is an elf, a dwarf and a wizard in addition to his hobbit friends, together they will find people who will help them and people who will deceive them for wanting the ring.

Esta película me gustó más de lo que pensé que me iba a gustar, el personaje de Frodo me cayó bastante bien, y en general no hay ningún personaje que me realmente me moleste. Ahora comprendo cuando la gente me decía que soy un hobbit y es que si, su cabello rizado y estatura baja se ve bastante inocente, pero tal vez eso es lo que los hace puros (en especial frodo) y capaz de llevar el anillo. Algo que no pasa mucho es que el protagonista sea mi personaje favorito pero este si es el caso, y si debo incluir a alguien más sería a su amigo Sam, es muy leal no solo a Frodo si no a su propia palabra y eso es algo que admiro bastante

I liked this movie more than I thought I was going to like it, I liked Frodo's character quite a bit, and overall there is no character that really bothered me. Now I understand when people told me I'm a hobbit and yes, their curly hair and short stature looks pretty innocent, but maybe that's what makes them pure (especially frodo) and able to wear the ring. Something that doesn't happen much is that the main character is my favorite character but this is the case, and if I have to include someone else it would be his friend Sam, he is very loyal not only to Frodo but to his own word and that is something I admire a lot.

Teniendo en mente que es un libro esta película se siente como si solo fuera los primeros 5 capítulos, el final te deja muy en claro que todo eso que acabas de ver fue solo el comienzo. Hay personajes que no entendí, no sé si en el libro me los describan de una mejor manera o qué pero si me dejaron pensando ¨Y qué onda con este?¨ aún así entendí la gran parte de la historia y realmente me gustó

Keeping in mind that it is a book, this movie feels like only the first 5 chapters, the end makes it very clear that everything you just saw was just the beginning. There are characters that I didn't understand, I don't know if in the book they are described in a better way or what but they left me thinking ¨What's up with this one?¨ even so I understood most of the story and I really liked it.

Honestamente pienso que verse estas películas es un gran compromiso, y es que no cualquiera es capaz de ver 3 horas de película de una sola vez (yo no lo hice, la vi en dos días) aún así la historia esta bastante buena, los personajes me cayeron muy bien y lo más posible es que si vea la segunda

I honestly think that watching these movies is a big commitment, and not everyone is able to watch 3 hours of film in one sitting (I didn't do it, I watched it in two days) even so the story is pretty good, I liked the characters and most likely I will watch the second one.
