Sé que hoy no es domingos de película pero... Mi madre estos días de semana santa nos inculcó una costumbre de resguardarnos en casita, no salir a menos que sea a misa. No es que fui a misa, pero... Estuve en casita y vi esta película que me impresionó mucho, no acostumbro a ver este género de acción y ficción, encontrarás mucha violencia desde el principio.
Me gustan alas historias donde involucren cosas religiosas como templarios y brujas y al ver que la protagonista es nada mas y nada menos que la actriz Milla Jovovich, pues está garantizada que sea buena, otra de las cosas que amé es que es una película reciente, así que los efectos especiales seguro iban a estar muy buenos... No me equivoqué, la recomiendo... Sin embargo creo que hay un par de detalles que si contaré.

Gray Alys - la bruja (Milla Jovovich) es capturada por, no lo llamaría iglesia sino religión o secta, aquí es donde me costó entender la trama en cuanto al tiempo que se desarrolló, pues muchos de los que defendían la religión estaban vestidos de templarios, estos captura a la bruja para colgarla, sin embargo, ella logra escapar de la soga, donde ocurren cosas mágicas impresionantes.
Parece una película del pasado, de la época de los templarios, sin embargo muchas veces parece estar en el presente dado a los objetos y los escenarios, de los cuales, parecían más bien como si fuera "una película dentro de la película" Aunque todo fue muy confuso no puedo dudar que me encantó.
Al escapar huye a "las tierras perdidas" allí se le encarga una misión, convertir a un hombre en lobo, conoce un poderoso guerrero, Boyce (Dave Bautista) que será el elegido para convertirlo en lobo, antes... deben ir a una tierra donde podrían convertir en lobo a Boyce y donde según la tierra es tan mágica que pueden pedir unos deseos... Lo que no saben es a cambio de qué...
Todo esto es con el fin de salvar la tierra donde la bruja llegó ya que es amenazada por criaturas crueles y despiadadas.

Amé las cinemáticas, las simbologías, está estupendo, propio de las películas donde gozamos de la actuación de Milla.
Me pillé varias veces con la boca abierta viendo las escenas, sé que les ha de gustar muchísimo y aman estas historias, aun cuando el tiempo dentro de la misma es muy confuso. Aunque busqué información para poderme ubicar en el tiempo de que se desarrollan los hechos y según leí es una adaptación de una historia de 1982.
En la historia, los protagonistas deben llegar al lugar justo o antes de la luna llena. Pero estos son considerados herejes de la religión y los persiguen, no es una bruja mala, es solo la creencia religiosa de épocas pasadas.
La trama es emocionante, atrapa desde el inicio y aunque es un poco violento para mi estilo, la recomiendo de ver.

I loved the cinematics, the symbolism, it's great, typical of the movies where we enjoy Milla's performance.
I caught myself several times with my mouth open watching the scenes, I know you must really like and love these stories, even if the time within it is very confusing. Although I looked for information to be able to place myself in the time in which the events take place and according to what I read it is an adaptation of a story from 1982.
In the story, the protagonists must arrive at the place just before or just before the full moon. But these are considered heretics of the religion and they are persecuted, it is not an evil witch, it is just the religious belief of past times.
It is an exciting story, catching from the beginning although a little violent for my style, I recommend to watch it.

Es una propuesta interesante, y es una buena actriz. Me recuerda mucho a la leyenda cristianan de los Bienandantes, eran hombres lobos que cazaban demonios y brujos.
El último registro sobre el tema se halla en Europa, cuando los protestantes detuvieron a un Bienandante que había cazado un brujo (que había sacrificado niños).
El rastro de ellos se pierde después de estos, eran hombres lobo que cazaban a todo el que atentara contra de la iglesia.
