The Bad Batch Season 3
The ending of The Bad Batch has left me with mixed feelings.. Lot of loose endings and intriguing plot turns that were never fully developed. What was the exact purpose of the "Project Necromancer" Hemlock was working on? What was Nala Se's purpose in creating Emerie and Omega? Was Omega's blood's suitability for M-count replication intentional? Was Nale Se already working on something akin to Project Necromancer on Palpatine's orders but refused to continue because she, unlike other Kaminoans, allowed ethics to influence her judgement? Or was Omega part of her own pet project about which we know nothing? And how does Emerie fit in? Is she also Nala Se's creation? Why create female clones while all the other clones are male? Why would the Bad Batch suddenly feel safe on Pabu at the end of season 3? It's not like their actions against the Empire were not well documented. They were known to more people aside from Hemlock. I think this series was meant to have more seasons that would have allowed for further exploration of at least some of these points.
That being said, I think season 3 was a huge improvement on the second season in terms of coherent storytelling and story-/character development. I feel that the second season wasted a lot of episodes on little stories that didn't contribute much to the bigger narrative.
