FINAL VIDEO (in series) — It's “home • less” Episode 8!

The story comes to a close at the North Loop encampment in Minneapolis.

We hear from Navo and Shorty, both of whom reflect on their difficult childhoods (in Puerto Rico and the Chicago projects). We also talk to Josh, who just returned to life back at the camp after staying with some friends.

But then following all this, we get word that the camp was cleared in an early-morning arrival of police and bulldozers. I arrive to record the camp now cleared, and then we reflect on all those whose stories I recorded and share where many of them went.
