La mayoría de mis domingos son mis días libres y trato siempre de ver alguna película para distraerme, tratar de olvidarme de los demás. Nada como ver una buena película, anime o serie para pasar el rato. Buscando me topé con una película que vi hace mucho tiempo y me pareció muy buena, al menos logré conectar bastante con ella. Esta película se llama Caballo de Guerra. Como ustedes son muy fanático de las películas donde tocan el tema bélico, pero lo mejor de esta película es que también tiene mucho de drama y la aventura que nunca puede faltar. Es decir, que el film nos lleva a vivir un sin fin de sentimientos a verla, una de las cosas que más me agradó. En esta reseña les voy a dar un poco mi opinión al momento de ver la producción y cual mi experiencia.

Caballo de Guerra es una película que fue estrenada en el año 2011, bajo la dirección de Steven Spielberg, siendo este uno de los directores más reconocido de la industria. La película según lo que investigue, está basada en una novela juvenil, titulada con el mismo nombre. La historia nos cuenta sobre un chico del Reino Unido y la conexión que este tuvo con un corcel, que había comprado su padre para el trabajo de la granja. La cual el chico le coloco el nombre de Joey. Sin lugar a dudas, la llegaba del caballo y todo lo que fue ocurriendo en torno a la trama, cambió mucho la vida de este chico e incluso la de su familia. Pero todo cambia cuando un día, el animal es alejado de su dueño, todo tras la difícil situación que se estaba pasando en ese momento, aunado al conflicto entre varias países, que más adelante desencadenó lo que fue la primera guerra mundial.

Most of my Sundays are my days off and I always try to watch a movie to distract myself, try to forget about everyone else. Nothing like watching a good movie, anime or series to pass the time. Searching I came across a movie that I saw a long time ago and I thought it was really good, at least I managed to connect with it. This movie is called War Horse. As you are a big fan of movies where war is the theme, but the best thing about this movie is that it also has a lot of drama and adventure that can never be missing. That is, the film takes us to live endless feelings to see it, one of the things that pleased me the most. In this review I will give you a little of my opinion at the time of seeing the production and my experience.


War Horse is a movie that was released in 2011, under the direction of Steven Spielberg, being one of the most recognized directors in the industry. The movie according to what I researched, is based on a juvenile novel, titled with the same name. The story tells us about a boy from the UK and the connection he had with a steed, which his father had bought for farm work. Which the boy named Joey. Undoubtedly, the arrival of the horse and everything that was happening around the plot, changed a lot the life of this boy and even that of his family. But everything changes when one day, the animal is taken away from its owner, all after the difficult situation that was happening at that time, coupled with the conflict between several countries, which later triggered what was the first world war.

Cuando el potro es alejado de su dueño, Albert nombre del chico que había entrenado al caballo, por la cual estos dos adquirieron una gran conexión. Joey (el caballo) fue llevado a la guerra y allí este paso por un sin fin de situaciones, donde conoció a varias personas, cambiando grandemente la vida de ellos. Es una de los detalles que más me agradó de la historia. Que esta película no solo se centra en la historia de la familia de Albert, sino que además vemos los horrores que nos puede dejar una guerra, como lo fue la primera guerra mundial, donde hasta los civiles pagaron caro la situación, y todo por la ambición de la expansión de sus territorios y problemas políticos entre los países.

Caballo de guerra nos deja bien claro que la vida no siempre es buena, podemos pasar por buenos y malos momentos, tan solo hay que saber sobrellevarlo. La película nos da giros inesperados en la historia, cuando pensamos que todo va a marchar bien, pues ocurre lo contrario. Esto fue lo que más me cautivó de la trama, ver qué pasaba y como concluía el film. Como les dije en el título de esta reseña, la historia es bastante conmovedora, que sin lugar a dudas nos deja muchos aprendizajes, nos da el mensaje de nunca rendirnos y que en la vida cualquier cosa puede pasar, pero lo importante es ser el mismo, nunca perder las esperanzas, no importante como este la situación. Además de que vemos el cariño real que se puede llegar a tener un animal y un humano. No solo por lo visto por lo protagonistas, sino que también por cada uno de los personajes con la cual el corcel llega a tener una interacción en la película. Todo esto lo concluyó al ver por todo lo que pasa Albert y Joey, más viendo el final de la película.

This is one of the details that I liked the most about the story. That this film not only focuses on the story of Albert's family, but we also see the horrors that a war can leave us, as was the first world war, where even civilians paid dearly for the situation, and all for the ambition to expand their territories and political problems between countries.


War Horse makes it clear that life is not always good, we can go through good and bad times, you just have to know how to cope. The film gives us unexpected twists in the story, when we think that everything is going to go well, the opposite happens. This was what captivated me the most about the plot, to see what happened and how the film ended. As I said in the title of this review, the story is quite moving, which undoubtedly leaves us many lessons, it gives us the message to never give up and that in life anything can happen, but the important thing is to be the same, never lose hope, no matter how the situation is. Besides we see the real affection that an animal and a human can have for each other. Not only for the protagonists, but also for each of the characters with whom the steed gets to have an interaction in the film. All this is concluded by seeing what Albert and Joey go through, and even more by watching the end of the movie.

¿Qué tal me parece que es la trama? realmente esta película nos puede parecer que su historia es bastante simple, pero esto no es así. Ver como un caballo pasado de un sitio a otro, pasar por diferentes situaciones. ¿Quieres saber más de la historia, pues te invito a ver la película y así puedes tener una opinión personal, ya que recordar que este escrito es de acuerdo a mi experiencia y todo va a depender del gusto de la persona que este consumiendo la producción. Entre el reparto principal encontramos que Albert Narracot fue interpretado por Jeremy Irvine (escrito y actor inglés), Rosie Narracot (la madre de Albert) por Emily Watson, Ted Narracot (padre de Albert) por Peter Mullan. También tenemos a personajes como capitán Nicholls quien le dio vida el actor Tom Hiddleston, Emilie por Celine Buckens, Michael Schröder por David Kross y Gunther Schröder por Leonard Carow. Cada uno de ellos tiendo un papel fundamental, ya que más a allá del tiempo que participaron en la película, la importancia de sus escenas para darle una mayor calidad a la historia. Cada uno de ellos formó parte en la historia de Joey, el Caballo de Guerra.

Soy un consumidor de producciones que se deja llevar más por la calidad de la historia, que por la actuaciones del reparto, pero para dejar una opinión respecto a este punto, les puedo decir que cada uno de ellos hicieron un trabajo bastante bueno. La ambientación es una de las cosas que más me gusta de la película, pasamos por lugares muy hermosos, por sitios con mucha vegetación, pero también por escenarios devastados por la guerra. Vemos las trincheras, un lugar donde los soldados pasaban la mayor parte del tiempo, donde pasaban por condiciones infrahumanas. Sin lugar a dudas la ambientación es una de las cosas que más podemos destacar de esta película, allí es donde vemos la mano de Steven Spielberg, quien suele cuidar muy bien estos detalles. Janusz Kaminsky fue el encargado de la parte de la fotografía, haciendo un trabajo bastante destacado. Pero vuelvo y repito, esto lo digo como un usuario más que ve las producciones para pasar el rato, no soy un crítico profesional que se puede dar cuenta cada los detalles más pequeños.

En general la película me parece bastante buena, tranquilamente podemos viajar por la historia, ver cada momento que pasa el corcel Joey, por todo lo que tiene que pasar pero lo más importante es que le llega a cambiar la vida a muchas personas, teniendo así un gran propósito. La película nos muestro todo lo que pasaban las personas en la época de la primera guerra mundial, no solo en el ámbito bélico que es terrible donde vemos el horror que pasan aquellos que estan en la guerra, estar alejados de su familia, en malos condiciones pero sobre todo no saber si vas a regresar con tus seres queridos. También podemos visualizar la vida cotidiana de las personas, el maltrato que pueden llegar a pasar por tan solo pasar por un mal momento económico y para poder salir del momento o al menos solucionar, deben hacer cosas que final no quieren, pero piensan que estan haciendo lo correcto.

Caballo de Guerra es una producción que nos deja ver mucho más de todo lo bonito que puede ser la vida, nos muestra por todo lo que puede pasar una persona. Los giros inesperados en la trama es lo que más me gusta, no sabemos lo que realmente va a pasar, cuando ya las esperanzas están perdidas, se ve una luz al final del túnel. Puede que el guion no es el mejor pero al menos para mí gusto, sí que me pareció bueno. Me hace recordar a varias películas donde una animal se pierde y este trata de regresar con sus dueños, pero en el camino pasan por tantas cosas y conocen a muchas personas a las cuales les cambia la vida. La ambientación y fotografía es maravillosa, todo muy buen adaptado a la época. Lo que si es que me dí cuenta de que algunas escenas son poco realistas, más que todo en la parte cuando se encuentran en la guerra, pero tan solo son detalles que uno se puede dar cuenta. El uso de efectos especiales hizo que las escenas de las películas fuesen mucho más realistas, así que es otro punto a favor para este film.

Esta es una película que se las podría recomendar tranquilamente, puede pasar un rato agradable, pasar de momentos alegres, a momentos tristes o nostálgicos. Pero lo más importante es el mensaje que nos da Caballo de Guerra, nunca rendirse y cuando crees que todo está perdido, cosas maravillosas e increíbles pueden pasar, nunca perder la fe. Pero sobre toda las cosas, vemos la conexión de un ser humano con su mascota, con un animal y lo más importante de todo es que no debemos maltratar a los animales, ya que estos de alguna u otra forma, le cambia la vida a las personas. Espero que tengas la oportunidad de ver este film, creo que no te arrepentirás, tal vez no sea perfecta, pero si cuenta con un gran equipo de trabajo detrás de ella, que hace que valga la pena ver cada segundo del film.

We can also visualize the daily life of people, the mistreatment that they can go through just because they are going through a bad economic moment and in order to get out of the moment or at least solve it, they must do things that they don't want to do, but they think they are doing the right thing.
