El ascenso del héroe del escudo es de mis animes isekai favoritos, por lo cual estaba a la espera de la salida de su tercera temporada, para ver como continuaría esta maravillosa historia que me cautivo en sus primeras dos temporadas. Este anime es de acción, aventura, drama, fantasía oscura e isekai, donde este término siento que es el más importante, ya que nuestro personaje principal, Naofumi Iwatani, fue invocado a un mundo paralelo, junto a otros tres personajes más, la cual cada uno de ellos es un héroe con una arma legendaria, la cual debe pelear para defender al reina de las oleadas. Una de las cosas que más me encantó de este año fue que Naifumi le tocó ser el héroe del escudo, que era considerado el más débil de todos, por lo cual era rechazado por todos.

Pero nuestro prota, poco a poco se va ganando el respeto de todos, más allá que al principio lo quisieron difamar que era un personaje malo y al contrario estaba pendiente de lo demás. Aunque al principio por todo lo que le había pasado era frívolo y muy desconfiado, pero poco a poco se fue ganado la confianza, pero se dio cuenta que solo no podría subir de nivel, así que el camino se encontrando una serie de compañeros, ya que todos eran mujeres, que se convirtieron en sus amigos inseparables, sobre todo Raphtalia, quien fue la primera esclava semi-humana en forma de mapache que este compró. Filo también fue otros de los personajes importantes que se unió al grupo de Naifumi.

Otro razón que me gusta este anime es el hecho que nuestro personaje es amantes de los videojuegos y un lector de novelas ligeras, que un día encontró un libre en una biblioteca, con la cual se arrastrado al mundo que está actualmente en esta tercera temporada, donde quiere cumplir su misión para poder regresar a su vida normal, aunque en esta nueva entrega se ve como está a gustó en el sitio, ya que le a tomado cariño a los personajes que nos encontramos en el Ascenso del héroe del escudo, un gran anime basado en novelas ligeras escritas por Aneko Yusagi, que un dato importante es que al principio esta fue una novela web pero debido a su gran éxito esta fue escalando hasta ser adaptación a una serie animado que en sus dos primeros temporadas tuvo un gran éxito. La finalidad de esta reseña es darles mi primera impresión de esta tercera temporada de Tate no Yūsha no Nariagari (El ascenso del héroe del escudo).

Rise of the Shield Hero is one of my favorite isekai anime, so I was waiting for the release of its third season, to see how it would continue this wonderful story that captivated me in its first two seasons. This anime is action, adventure, drama, dark fantasy and isekai, where this term I feel is the most important, since our main character, Naofumi Iwatani, was summoned to a parallel world, along with three other characters, which each of them is a hero with a legendary weapon, which must fight to defend the queen of the waves. One of the things I loved the most about this year was that Naifumi got to be the hero of the shield, who was considered the weakest of all, so he was rejected by everyone.


But our protagonist, little by little, is gaining the respect of everyone, even though at the beginning they wanted to defame him as a bad character and on the contrary, he was looking out for the others. Although at the beginning because of everything that had happened to him he was frivolous and very distrustful, but little by little he gained confidence, but he realized that alone he could not rise to the next level, so on the way he met a series of companions, since they were all women, who became his inseparable friends, especially Raphtalia, who was the first semi-human slave in the form of a raccoon that he bought. Filo was also another important character who joined Naifumi's group.


Another reason that I like this anime is the fact that our character is a lover of video games and a reader of light novels, which one day found a free in a library, with which is dragged into the world that is currently in this third season, where he wants to fulfill his mission to return to his normal life, although in this new installment is seen as it is liked on the site, since he has become fond of the characters that we find in the Rise of the Shield Hero, a great anime based on light novels written by Aneko Yusagi, an important fact is that at the beginning this was a web novel but due to its great success this was escalating to be adapted to an animated series that in its first two seasons was a great success. The purpose of this review is to give you my first impression of this third season of Tate no Yūsha no Nariagari (The Rise of the Shield Hero).

Hasta el momento solo he visto cuatro capítulos de esta tercera temporada del Ascenso del héroe del escudo, creo que aún no han salido más, el quinto episodio sale esta semana. La trama de esta primeros capítulos de la temporada 3 se centra principalmente en Naofumi Iwatani, Raphtalia y Filo que emprenden un viaje en buscar a los otros tres héroes, ya que estos no se sabe dónde están luego de la última oleada, además de enfrentar al espíritu de la Tortuga. Pero en el camino estos tres personajes buscan liberar a los esclavos que hay en los diferentes reinos, apareciendo otros personajes más. Nuestro prota ya es bien reconocido en los lugares, por todas las buenas acciones hechas, además de que se ha convertido realmente fuerte, a pesar de ser considerado el más débil de los cuatros héroes.

Lo que sí nunca cambia es el hecho de que todas se terminan enamorando de Naofumi, algo que visto en la mayoría de los últimos animes de este héroe isekai, bueno aunque al principio este no era tan querido, poco a poco fue mostrando quien era realmente y se fue ganando los corazones de los habitantes del reino, incluyendo a sus fieles compañeras, pero siento que la mayor conexión esta con Raphtalia aunque en esta temporada se centra más en la historia de querer salvar a los esclavos. También vemos diferentes luchas con enemigos, pero en estos primeros capítulos siento que faltó mucho más acción que pudimos ver en las otras temporadas de este anime, quedé bastante decepcionado. Me falto ver más peleas y menos diálogos.

Para ser sincero esta tercera temporada del ascenso del héroe del escudo se me ha hecho bastante aburrida, para nada he disfrutado de lo que he visto de historia, porque claro sé que algo importante que hace nuestra personaje es tratar de salvar a los esclavos, comprándolos y entrenándolos para que estos sepan defenderse, pero cuatro capítulos para solo mostrar eso. Se podría explotar más la historia, creo que uno o dos capítulos para mostrar eso estaban bien y al menos en el capítulo desarrollar más la historia principal que es donde están los demás héroes, luchar con verdaderos enemigos como demonios en las oleadas, luchar en contra el nuevo espíritu. Sí en el cuarto capítulo avanza un poco más la historia principal pero creo que no es suficiente, demasiados diálogos, que sí bien nos ayudan a entender la trama de los que estamos viendo, pero en esta clase de animes queremos ver es más acción.

The plot of this first chapters of season 3 focuses mainly on Naofumi Iwatani, Raphtalia and Filo who undertake a journey in search of the other three heroes, as these are not known where they are after the last wave, as well as facing the spirit of the Turtle. But along the way these three characters seek to free the slaves in the different kingdoms, and other characters appear. Our protagonist is already well recognized in the places, for all the good deeds he has done, and he has become really strong, despite being considered the weakest of the four heroes.


What never changes is the fact that they all end up falling in love with Naofumi, something seen in most of the last anime of this isekai hero, well although at the beginning he was not so loved, little by little he was showing who he really was and was winning the hearts of the inhabitants of the kingdom, including his faithful companions, but I feel that the greatest connection is with Raphtalia although in this season it focuses more on the story of wanting to save the slaves. We also see different fights with enemies, but in these first chapters I feel that it lacked much more action that we could see in the other seasons of this anime, I was quite disappointed. I missed more fights and less dialogues.


To be honest this third season of the rise of the shield hero has been quite boring, I have not enjoyed at all what I've seen of history, because of course I know that something important that makes our character is trying to save the slaves, buying them and training them so that they know how to defend themselves, but four chapters to only show that. The story could be exploited more, I think one or two chapters to show that were fine and at least in the chapter develop more the main story which is where the other heroes are, fight with real enemies like demons in the waves, fight against the new spirit. Yes in the fourth chapter advances a little more the main story but I think it is not enough, too many dialogues, that yes well help us to understand the plot of those we are seeing, but in this kind of anime we want to see is more action.

Algo que sí me gusta es la mejora notable en su animación y en los dibujos de los personas, la ambientación y los efectos que vemos en las batallas, cuando los personajes activan sus habilidades en las peleas, sigue siendo de mi agrado al igual que las primeras dos temporadas, ya que no exagera su contenido y solo tratan de mostrar la simpleza de su obra literaria (novela ligera) para el disfrute de los fanáticos. Otro apartado que debo destacar es de la banda sonora, que sí bien no soy un especialista en esto de las músicas pero tanto el opening como en el ending da gusto escucharlos y verlos porque en algunos cosas muestran escenas de referencia para saber más o menos hacia dónde va la historia del anime. AL menos en estos dos puntos estoy satisfecho.

Opinión Final

Hasta el momento lo que va de la tercera temporada del Ascenso del héroe del escudo se he hizo bastante aburrido, incluso por momentos tenía ganas de adelantar lo que estaba viendo, quería ver más batallas y escenas épicas como veíamos en las dos primeras entregas de esta anime que capturo mi atención. Tan solo esta es una primera impresión, faltan algunos capítulos más para ver si la historia sigue avanzando y las cosas se van poniendo mucho más interesante para los espectadores. Lo que sí salva la temporada es la banda sonora, el opening y ending, como siempre me gustan muchos los temas musicales, son bastante movidos, aunque claro que también tenemos algunos escenas tristes o de mucho sentimiento donde colocan otro tipo de música más acorde para el momento. Si tendría que colocarle un puntaje a lo que va de esta tercera temporada de Tate no Yūsha no Nariagari, le colocaría un 5 de 10, por las animaciones y la banda sonora, la historia deja mucho que desear, al menos en tan solo dos capítulos, hay que dar el beneficio de la duda y pensar que todo va a mejorar y tendremos un gran final de temporada.

Something I do like is the noticeable improvement in its animation and in the drawings of the people, the atmosphere and the effects we see in the battles, when the characters activate their skills in the fights, is still to my liking as the first two seasons, as it does not exaggerate its content and only try to show the simplicity of his literary work (light novel) for the enjoyment of the fans. Another section that I must highlight is the soundtrack, although I am not a specialist in this music but both the opening and the ending is nice to hear and see them because in some things they show reference scenes to know more or less where the story of the anime is going. At least in these two points I am satisfied.


Final Opinion


So far the third season of Rise of the Shield Hero has been quite boring, even at times I wanted to fast forward what I was watching, I wanted to see more battles and epic scenes as we saw in the first two installments of this anime that captured my attention. This is just a first impression, there are a few more chapters to go to see if the story continues to progress and things get much more interesting for the viewers. What does save the season is the soundtrack, the opening and ending, as always I like the musical themes, they are quite moving, although of course we also have some sad scenes or of much feeling where they place another type of music more appropriate for the moment. If I had to give a score to this third season of Tate no Yūsha no Nariagari, I would give it a 5 out of 10, for the animations and the soundtrack, the story leaves much to be desired, at least in only two chapters, we must give the benefit of the doubt and think that everything will improve and we will have a great season finale.
