¡Buenas mis queridos amantes de las buenas historias y en especial de los buenos villanos! ¿Como están? espero de corazón que muy bien y con ganas de continuar explorando el universo de The Boys, habiendo ya visto el capitulo anterior y teniendo clara la situación en la que se encuentran inmersos los protagonistas, me enfocare más en la opinión que me dejo este capitulo y menos en relatar que es lo que sucede, más que nada, para hacerles a todos la review más placentera y menos cargada, ¿Listos? si es así ¡Comencemos!
Hello my dear lovers of good stories and especially of good villains! How are you? I hope you are very well and eager to continue exploring the universe of The Boys, having already seen the previous chapter and having clear the situation in which the protagonists are immersed, I will focus more on the opinion that this chapter left me and less on relating what happens, more than anything, to make the review more pleasant and less loaded, Ready? if so, let's start!
El nuevo fichaje y la tremenda actuación de Karl Urban

Siguiendo los acontecimientos de la serie, llegamos al punto en el que necesario introducir un par de nuevos fichajes que estén más o menos interesados en perseguir el sueño de Butcher, es aquí cuando un importante añadido se suma, ese vendría siendo Frenchie, o el Francés, quien al inicio se muestra como alguien intimidante y peligroso, con sus diferencias respecto a trabajos previos que ha tenido con Butcher, no obstante, tras la revelación del problema en el Butcher y Hughie anda metidos, este casi decide ejecutar a su antiguo colega, pero dios.... la intimidación, la mirada y determinación y seriedad que le pone Karl Urban a su personaje es tal, que te vende completamente la historia de que en una situación similar sería perfectamente posible de que alguien como Frenchie, termine tomando las decisiones que toma en este capitulo, siendo la principal, el involucrarse de lleno en el asunto en el que están metidos estos dos, y colaborar para encontrar una solución, definitivamente lo mejor de los primeros minutos, es ver como están todos metidos en el mismo barco, lo quieran o no, pero después, el grupo de personajes se van tomando confianza y creando una especie de lazo, una especie de hermanando, en la que todos tienen en común el querer el fin de los super heroes, o al menos, casi todos tienen un convicción u motivos parecidos que los impulsan a asesinarlos
Following the events of the series, we reach the point where it is necessary to introduce a couple of new signings that are more or less interested in pursuing the dream of Butcher, this is when an important addition is added, that would be Frenchie, or French, who at the beginning is shown as someone intimidating and dangerous, with its differences from previous work he has had with Butcher, however, after the revelation of the problem in which Butcher and Hughie is involved, this almost decides to execute his former colleague, but god .... the intimidation, the look, the determination and seriousness that Karl Urban puts on his character is such, that it completely sells you the story that in a similar situation it would be perfectly possible for someone like Frenchie, to end up making the decisions he makes in this chapter, being the main one, to get fully involved in the matter in which these two are involved, and collaborate to find a solution, definitely the best of the first minutes, is to see how they are all in the same boat, whether they want it or not, but then, the group of characters are taking confidence and creating a kind of bond, a kind of twinning, in which all have in common the desire to end the super heroes, or at least, almost all have a conviction or similar motives that drive them to kill them.

Otro punto que me gusto mucho es como a Estrella la intentan siempre controlar todas sus actividades, tanto heroicas como civiles e incluso participando en la falsedad de la imagen de Vought, y me gusta porque siento que esta linea de la historia es una completa satira a como se maneja Hollywood o como el testimonio de una estrella joven de la industria del cine, que se encuentra con un mundo completamente diferente a lo que se esperaba, Estrella o Annie, lucha por ser quien es, una verdadera heroína dispuesta a sacrificarse por los demas, no obstante, parece que cuando quiere hacer el bien a su manera, solo le crea problemas a la compañía, situaciones que la irán presionando cada vez más e intentaran transformar su persona capitulo tras capitulo, pero volviendo al capitulo 2, ciertamente no es mucho lo que pasa con ella, en este caso, viene siendo Homelander, quien se lleva más tiempo en pantalla, al igual que su "madre" Madeline quien no escatima en recursos para hacer que los superheroes entren finalmente en las fuerzas armadas.
Another point that I really liked is how Estrella is always trying to control all her activities, both heroic and civilian and even participating in the falseness of Vought's image, and I like it because I feel that this line of the story is a complete satire to how Hollywood is handled or as the testimony of a young star of the film industry, who finds a completely different world than what was expected, Estrella or Annie, struggles to be who she is, a true heroine willing to sacrifice herself for others, however, it seems that when she wants to do good in her own way, she only creates problems for the company, situations that will put more and more pressure on her and try to transform her person chapter after chapter, but going back to chapter 2, certainly not much happens with her, in this case, it is Homelander, who gets more screen time, as well as her "mother" Madeline who spares no resources to make superheroes finally enter the armed forces.

Pero, si hay que quedarse con algo irremediablemente trascendetal e importante, eso tiene que ser el bautismo de fuego por el que pasa Hughie, y su transición de un ciudadano común y corriente, a alguien con las manos manchadas de sangre de super, unica caracteristica que hasta este capitulo no contaba con respecto al resto de sus compañeros, es interesante ver su frustración, su ira, el miedo que siente, cuando todos, inclusive el propio traslucido, no creen que pueda convertirse en un asesino, y que mucho menos tenga lo que se necesita para ser alguien minimamente relevante, me encanta que todos aquellos que no le tenia fe, les deja con la cara pintada hacia el final del capitulo y que esto no se traduzca en que autmaticamente se convierta un tipo duro de la noche de a mañana, esto se explora mayormente en el siguiente capitulo, pero, reacciona de manera consistente y hasta cierto punto creible, entrando casi en un estado de Schok pero convirtiéndose finalmente en un miembro más de la banda de Butcher, este es el momento clave en el que ello sucede y por ende, es uno de los mejores momentos de la primera temporada, en mi humilde opinión, Creo que The Boys, en 2 Capitulos, te hace comprometerte a querer saber más y más del universo de la serie, mientras que el primero sirve como introducción, este sirve más para profundizar, entender que nisiquiera los superheroes son invulnerables, sobretodo cuando no tienen los sagrados poderes del guion bajo el brazo, como imaginaran, este capitulo me encanto y honestamente no tengo queja alguna, más alla del doblaje en español que es algo que bueno, es un detalle, pero del resto pues, se queda muy a la altura.
But, if you have to keep something irremediably transcendental and important, that has to be the baptism of fire that Hughie goes through, and his transition from an ordinary citizen, to someone with his hands stained with super blood, the only characteristic that until this chapter did not have with respect to the rest of his companions, it is interesting to see his frustration, his anger, the fear he feels, when everyone, including the translucent himself, do not believe he can become a murderer, much less have what it takes to be someone minimally relevant, I love that all those who didn't have faith in him, he leaves them with their faces painted towards the end of the chapter and that this doesn't translate into him authentically becoming a tough guy overnight, this is explored mostly in the next chapter, but, he reacts in a consistent and to some extent believable way, entering almost in a state of Schok but finally becoming a member of Butcher's gang, this is the key moment in which this happens and therefore, it is one of the best moments of the first season, in my humble opinion, I think The Boys, in 2 Chapters, It makes you commit to want to know more and more of the universe of the series, while the first serves as an introduction, this one serves more to deepen, to understand that not even the superheroes are invulnerable, especially when they do not have the sacred powers of the script under the arm, as you can imagine, I loved this chapter and honestly I have no complaints, apart from the Spanish dubbing which is something that well, is a detail, but the rest well, it is very high level.

The boys sin duda es un soplo de aire fresco a lo que representa el cine de héroes, mostrando un lado más realista de lo que sucedería si las personas tuviesen poderes. ¡Muy buena reseña, muchas gracias por compartirla!
