Hablemos de "the glory" [ ESP - ENG]
Hola, hola mis queridos amigos de Hive. Hace unas semanas una amiga me recomendó un par de series para ver, con la primera no estuve muy enganchada así que decidí no verla más, unos días después tomé en cuenta la segunda recomendación que me hizo y se trataba de una serie coreana llamada: la gloria.
Debo decir que esta es una de las mejores series Coreanas que he visto, no es un k-drama con sus protagonistas en un romance, y te hace llorar de la impotencia desde el primer capítulo.
Moon Dong-eun ( Jung Ji-so // Song Hye Kyo) es una chica de clase baja que vive sola en un pequeño cuarto.
Cinco jóvenes que van a su escuela (tres de ellos ricos y mimados) empiezan a acosarla y a maltratarla verbalmente.
Cuando la chica decide no hacer lo que ellos quieren, la "reina abeja" de ellos Park Yeo-jin ( Lim Ji-yeon ) Empieza a quemarla con un rizador de cabello.
Los maltratos continuan por un tiempo, y a pesar de que la chica los denuncia con la policía y con las autoridades de su colegio, los jóvenes siempre terminan saliéndose con la suya, ya que varios de ellos pertenecen a familias adineradas que arreglan todo lo que ellos hacen.
Nuestra protagonista al ver que no pudo hacer justicia a pesar de tener las pruebas físicas en su cuerpo, decide abandonar la escuela y huir del lugar donde vivía, incluso de su mamá que decidió aceptar dinero de la familia de la victimaria para mantener el silencio.
Luego de enfrentar a sus agresores una vez más , ella les promete que se va a vengar de todos y cada uno de ellos, por todo el maltrato y daño que le causaron.
Ella comienza desde cero a trabajar en diferentes lugares, y seguir estudiando para obtener su título y entrar a una universidad en un futuro. Ser una profesional en la carrera de educación.
Pasan los años y nuestra protagonista vuelve a aparecer para vengarse y cumplir lo que un día le prometió a sus agresores: hacerles pagar y sentir todo lo que alguna vez le hicieron de jóvenes.
Park Yeo-jin Trabaja en la televisión, cómo la "chica del clima" tiene su esposo adinerado
Ha Do-yeong (Jung Sung-il) y una niña de seis años.
Jeon Jae-jun (Park Sung-hoon)Ahora es un empresario rico que mantiene una relación amorosa en secreto con Park Yeo-jin. Además tiene una tienda de ropa lujosa, en donde tiene como empleada a una mujer que también fue su víctima cuando estaban en secundaria.
Son Myeong-oh (Kim Gun-woo) Trabaja para Jeon Jae-jun como su chofer y mano derecha, y aunque son amigos desde hace muchos años, este no deja de tratarlo muy mal.
Lee Sa-ra (Kim Hieora) Es una artista famosa, es reconocida por sus pinturas pero es una adicta a las drogas desde hace muchos años.
Choi Hye-jeong (Cha Joo-young) Se convirtió en una azafata como siempre lo quiso, pero su sueño siempre fue conseguir un esposo adinerado para darse la vida de rica "sus amigas" tienen.
Todos siguieron en contacto, mucho después de graduarse de la escuela, asi que para nuestra protagonista esto es muy bueno, ya que será mucho más fácil colocar a unos en contra de otros.
Desde el capítulo 1, pueden empatizar muy bien con la protagonista, es muy difícil para una persona sensible ver los maltratos que recibe una niña indefensa por parte de estos seres que creen que por tener dinero pueden hacer lo que quieran.
La verdad es una serie que vale totalmente la pena, te hace odiar a los antagonistas, y apreciar mucho a los que están de lado de nuestra protagonista Moon Dong-eun. Como
Ju Yeo-jeong (Lee Do-hyun) Y Kang Hyeon Nam (Yeom Hye-ran) que se unen a su causa y además son personajes que también han pasado por momentos que han alterado su vida, y quieres de que ellos también tengan un final feliz.
No quise comentarles mucho más allá de lo que pasará con la venganza, para todos aquellos que no hayan visto esta historia.
Luego de ver esta serie, indagué un poco sobre la misma y pude descubrir que esta es una historia basada en hechos reales, asi que esto hace que la historia sea mucho más cruda. Si bien la persona real en la que se inspiraron para hacer la serie no buscó venganza como lo hace Dong-eun, lo que se buscó hacer con ella es ver que el acoso escolar es un problema de suma importancia que puede provocar hasta la muerte de aquel que recibe el acoso, si no se aborda como debe de ser. Y que muchas veces los agresores no reciben el castigo que debe de ser por su condición social, económica o simplemente por el hecho de que muchos prefieren hacer "de vista gorda" con estas situaciones.
Para finalizar, quiero saber en los comentarios si ya vieron está serie y además ¿qué opinan al respecto, si fue de su agrado? Y si aún no la han visto ¿Se animarían a verla?

After confronting her aggressors once again, she promises them that she will take revenge on each and every one of them, for all the abuse and damage they caused her.

From chapter 1, you can empathize very well with the protagonist, it is very difficult for a sensitive person to see the mistreatment that a defenseless girl receives from these beings who believe that because they have money they can do whatever they want.
The truth is a series that is totally worth it, it makes you hate the antagonists, and appreciate very much those who are on the side of our protagonist Moon Dong-eun. Like
Ju Yeo-jeong (Lee Do-hyun) and Kang Hyeon Nam (Yeom Hye-ran) who join her cause and are also characters who have also gone through life altering moments, and you want them to have a happy ending too.
I didn't want to tell you much beyond what will happen with a vengeance, for those of you who haven't seen this story.
After watching this series, I did a little research on the series and was able to find out that this is a story based on true events, so this makes the story much more raw. Although the real person who inspired the series did not seek revenge as Dong-eun does, what they wanted to do with it is to show that bullying is a major problem that can lead to the death of the person being bullied, if it is not addressed as it should be. And that many times the aggressors do not receive the punishment that should be because of their social or economic condition or simply because many prefer to "turn a blind eye" to these situations.

Al ver la portada un poco rosa para mi gusto, no creí que esta serie tratara un tema tan serio como el acoso escolar, la buscaré para verla anotada ya en mi lista.
Cuando me recomendaron la serie también pensé que se trataba de un típico drama coreano, ni si quiera pasé a ver el trailer antes de verla y cuando vi el primer capítulo quedé bastante impresionada. Es muy entretenida y en cada capítulo quieres que llegue el momento que se haga justicia.
