I could easily consider myself a psychopath when I like a movie, and I watch it many times regardless of whether I already know what is going to happen, I never lose the emotion with which I saw it the first time. I honestly have no idea why that happens, but I've done it over the years and I've never gotten bored. One of the films that I repeated the most was 127 Hours, one of the best films I have seen for me. I liked its plot, story, and suspense so much that I definitely forced my girlfriend to watch it over and over again with me, just because I was excited for someone else to see what was happening haha, I lie, we only watched it once together, then she didn't want to watch it more because it doesn't like to repeat movies, but I've easily seen it about 8 times since its release.

The first time I saw 127 Hours was on DirecTV, I remember that there was an option to buy movies and we did it, then it was unlocked for 24 hours and you could watch it at that time, I remember watching it with my mom and dad, I liked it so much that After a few years, I was dying to know what the name was since I had forgotten it and I finally found it, I remember I was looking for it by "357 Hours", XD. 127 Hours has an impressive story, and the best thing is that it was based on real events, something much more incredible than we thought, that is why I am so fond of this film, and ultimately you should see it too.

The film tells the story of Aron, a guy who is passionate about walking and exploring new places, alone. He was an inveterate mountaineer, and the worst of all is that he always went alone on his excursions. One of the many times that he went out he went to a place well-known in the USA for its canyons and beautiful landscapes, it really seemed like another planet, even Mars. Well, while he is exploring everything out there, he comes across the curse of it, a fairly narrow cliff where he tries to pass. By bad luck, while he is passing through that small space, a giant rock falls from above and his arm gets trapped between the rocks and the walls, obviously it is a rock weighing more than 300 kilos that is impossible to move.

The images I show are only those from the movie, but imagine this in real life, well Aron went through that in his life and managed to live to tell about it.

And right here is where the best part of the film begins, the despair, the anguish, the knowledge that you have no way to communicate nor food or water, and the worst, your arm slowly dying from the pressure exerted between the rock and the wall. As soon as that happens, Aron remains calm and just begins to think about how he can get his arm out of there. First, he tried to pull it to get loose, but he couldn't. He also tried to push the rock but he couldn't either. He begins to get more and more desperate to the point of worrying a little, but well, he also tries to ask for help since a few meters before falling off the cliff Aron meets other mountaineers, but the screams are in vain. The atmosphere was so open that his poor screams disappeared because of the immensity of the planet Mars, I mean, because of the landscape of Utah XD.

Aron is intelligent and shows to have a lot of experience in the mountains, so he begins to devise plans and mechanisms to try to get his arm out of there, we can see him using ropes, his feet, and even the knife to try to wear down the stone, which he was able to do but It was incredibly slow. Time flew by and his water became less and less, and he only had a few energy bars.

The film also shows us many facets of Aron, both his childhood and adolescence, recent memories, and even his family. All this is a result of dehydration and hallucinations due to fatigue, sun, hunger, thirst, and pain. The story is incredible, but even more so is the acting, it certainly correctly conveys to us the desperation that Aron felt, and I am sure that you will also feel it, although not as much as Aron obviously XD. The end of the movie is sad but at the same time beautiful, Aron uses his only recourse, and that is to amputate half of his arm to escape from there, he gathered the last of his strength and finally managed to escape from there. that certain death. Something impressive done by a human being, I highly doubt whether or not he would be capable of doing something like that.

The film has very good sections, artistically I have no words, it is a gem, and the same with the soundtrack, not only do I agree with this, but I have read many people who applaud the great sound work they did with 123 Hours. I think it would be impossible to watch this movie without feeling the slightest bit of despair, so I recommend it 100%.

Yo pudiera considerarme fácilmente un psicópata cuándo me gusta una película, y es que la veo muchas veces sin importar que ya sepa lo que va a pasar, nunca les pierdo la emoción con la que las vi la primera vez. La verdad no tengo ni idea del porqué pasa eso, pero lo he hecho a lo largo de los años y nunca he llegado a aburrirme. Uno de las películas que más repetí fue 127 Horas, una de las mejores películas que he visto para mi. Me gustó tanto su trama, historia y suspenso que definitivamente obligué a mi novia a verla una y otra vez conmigo, solo porque me emocionaba que alguien más viera lo que pasaba haha, miento, solo la vimos una vez juntos, luego ella no quiso verla más porque no le gusta repetir películas, pero yo fácilmente la he visto unas 8 veces desde su estreno.

La primer vez que vi 127 Horas fue por DirecTV, recuerdo que había una opción para comprar películas y lo hacíamos, luego se desbloqueaba por 24 horas y podías verla en ese tiempo, yo la ví recuerdo con mi mamá y papá, me gustó tanto que luego de unos años moría por saber cuál era el nombre ya que lo había olvidado y por fin lo encontré, recuerdo que la buscaba por "357 Horas", XD. 127 Horas tiene una historia impresionante, y lo mejor es que fue basada en hechos reales, algo mucho más increíble de lo que pensamos, por eso es que le tengo tanto cariño a esta película, y en definitiva ustedes también deberían verla.

La película nos cuenta la historia de Aron, un tipo que le apasionaba el caminar y explorar nuevos sitios, solo. Era un montañista empedernido, y lo peor de todo es que siempre iba solo a sus excursiones. Una de tantas veces que salió fue a un sitio bastante conocido en USA por sus cañones y hermosos paisajes, de verdad pareciera otro planeta, incluso Marte. Bueno, mientras el va explorando todo por ahí, se encuentra con su maldición, un acantilado bastante estrecho dónde el intenta pasar. Por mala suerte, mientras el pasa por ese pequeño espacio, una roca gigante se desprende de más arriba y le queda atrapado su brazo entre las rocas y las paredes, obviamente esta siendo una roca de más de 300 kilos imposible de mover.

Las imágenes que muestro solo son las de la película, pero imagina esto en la vida real, bueno Aron pasó por eso en su vida, y logró vivir para contarlo.

Y justo aquí es dónde empieza lo mejor de la película, el desespero, la angustia, el saber que no tienes cómo comunicarte ni tampoco comida o agua, y lo peor, tu brazo muriendo lentamente por la presión ejercida entre la roca y la pared. Apenas ocurre eso, Aron guarda la calma y solo empieza a pensar como pede sacar su brazo de ahí, primero intentó halarlo para poder soltarse, pero no pudo, también intento empujar la roca pero tampoco lo logró. Empieza a desesperarse cada vez más y más al punto de preocuparse un poco, pero bueno, también intentó pedir ayuda ya que unos metros antes de caer por el acantilado Aron se había conseguido con otras montañistas, pero los gritos eran en vano. El ambiente era tan abierto que sus pobres gritos se esfumaban por la inmensidad del planeta Marte, digo, por el paisaje de Utah XD.

Aron es inteligente y demuestra tener bastante experiencia en las montañas, así que empezó a ingeniar planes y mecanismos para intentar sacar su brazo de allí, podemos verlo utilizando cuerdas, sus pies y hasta la navaja para intentar desgastar la piedra, cosa que pudo hacer pero era increíblemente lento. El tiempo pasaba volando y su agua cada vez era menos, y solo contaba con algunas barritas enérgeticas.

La película nos enseña también muchas facetas de Aron, tanto su niñez y adolescencia, como recuerdos recientes y hasta su familia. Todo eso a raíz de la deshidratación y alucinaciones por cansancio, sol, hambre, sed y dolor. La historia es increíble, pero más aún la actuación, sin duda nos transmite correctamente la desesperación que Aron sintió, y estoy seguro que ustedes también la sentirán, aunque no tanto como Aron obviamente XD. El final de la película es triste pero a la vez bonito, Aron utiliza su único recurso, y es amputar la mitad de su brazo para poder escapar de ahí, reunió sus últimas fuerzas y por fin logró escapar de esa muerte segura. Algo impresionante hecho por un ser humano, yo dudo mucho si sería capaz o no de hacer algo así.

La película cuenta con muy buenos apartados, artístico no tengo palabras, es una joya, lo mismo con la banda sonora, y no solo yo concuerdo con ello, he leído muchas personas que aplauden el gran trabajo sonoro que hicieron con 123 Hours. Creo que sería imposible ver esta película sin sentir el más mínimo desespero. Los actores son de lo mejor, aunque el principal es James Franco, es obviamente el que se queda con todo el mérito. Así que te la recomiendo 100%.
