Hace mucho tiempo que no logro encontrar un k-drama romántico que me guste de verdad o que logre terminar. Llega un punto en el que me aburro y ya no hay vuelta atrás. Hoy les hablaré de las razones por las cuales tampoco pude terminar este.
It's been a long time since I've been able to find a romantic k-drama that I really like or manage to finish. There comes a point where I get bored and there's no turning back. Today I'll tell you about the reasons why I couldn't finish this one either.

| Es una serie coreana romántica del año 2019 que fue dirigida por Lee Hyung-min y protagonizada por Yoon Kye-sang, Ha Ji-won, Jang Seung-jo, Yoo Tae-o y Min Jin-woong. La historia gira alrededor de un neurocirujano y una chef que se reencuentran en un hospital para enfermos terminales y logran sanar sus heridas del pasado. | It is a 2019 Korean romance series that was directed by Lee Hyung-min and stars Yoon Kye-sang, Ha Ji-won, Jang Seung-jo, Yoo Tae-o and Min Jin-woong. The story revolves around a neurosurgeon and a chef who meet again in a hospice hospital and manage to heal their past wounds. |
| Resulta que los protagonistas se conocieron cuando eran niños, pero debido a que Lee Kang se mudó a Seúl, perdieron la comunicación y no volvieron a verse sino después de varios años cuando Cha-yeong lo reconoce en el hospital que recibe tratamiento. El mejor amigo de Kang se enamora de ella e incluso están juntos (porque a él lo mandaron para otro país) y cuando regresa ella decide irse porque se va a enamorar y nuevamente se reencuentran en la clínica de cuidados. | It turns out that the protagonists met when they were children, but because Lee Kang moved to Seoul, they lost communication and did not see each other again until several years later, when Cha-yeong recognizes him at the hospital where he is receiving treatment. Kang's best friend falls in love with her and they even get to be together (due to him being sent to another country), and when he returns, she decides to leave because she feels that she is going to fall in love. | En cuanto a actuaciones, escenografía, comida (cada vez que preparan un plato me provocaba traspasar la pantalla y probarlo jajajaj), y que decidieran desarrollar su historia en la clínica estuvo bien, porque no sólo se centraron en ellos dos sino que también me agradaron algunos pacientes y sus historias. | In terms of performances, scenography, food (every time they prepare a dish it provoked me to go beyond the screen and try it hahahahahah), and that they decided to develop their story in the clinic was good, because they not only focused on the two of them but I also liked some of the patients and their stories. |

| Lamentablemente, me aburrió bastante. Para empezar, resulta muy repetitivo que en la mayoría de las historias tengan que forzar el encuentro de los protagonistas que se conocieron en la infancia y se reencuentran en el futuro en un país tan grande como Corea del Sur. Es un poco irónico que se topen con la misma persona 🤣. Lo peor es que en esta serie solo se ven una vez cuando eran niños. | Unfortunately, it bored me quite a bit. For starters, it's very repetitive that in most of the stories they have to force the meeting of the main characters who knew each other in childhood and meet again in the future in a country as big as South Korea. It's a bit ironic that they run into the same person 🤣. What's worse is that in this series they only see each other once when they were kids. |

| Por otro lado, los protagonistas carecían de química y, sinceramente, no lograron cautivarme del todo. Por un lado, estaba ella, quien se veía obligada a cargar con el peso de su hermano (porque ella quería) y soportar maltratos, mientras que por otro lado teníamos a él, quien sufría constantemente debido al rechazo de su familia paterna, haciéndole la vida miserable. A pesar de todo, él seguía ahí, soportando todo en silencio. | On the other hand, the main characters lacked chemistry and, honestly, failed to captivate me completely. On the one hand, there was her, who was forced to carry her brother's weight (because she wanted to) and endure mistreatment, while on the other hand we had him, who suffered constantly due to the rejection of his paternal family, making his life miserable. In spite of everything, he was still there, enduring everything in silence. |

| Para mí, el hermano nunca logró integrarse adecuadamente en la trama. Su sufrimiento constante por sentirse inferior al protagonista se volvió repetitivo y cansino después de varios capítulos. Todo parecía aburrido, con exceso de relleno y varios accidentes para lograr que los protagonistas terminaran juntos. Aunque me faltaban 6 episodios, sinceramente no pude continuar. Lo irónico es que he abandonado otros dramas por motivos similares. | For me, the brother never managed to integrate properly into the plot. His constant suffering for feeling inferior to the protagonist became repetitive and tiresome after several chapters. Everything seemed boring, with excess filler and several accidents to get the protagonists to end up together. Even though I had 6 episodes to go, I honestly couldn't continue. The irony is that I have abandoned other dramas for similar reasons. |
