Cuando decidí que quería enfocarme en hablarles de películas poco reconocidas o que no sabía que existían, sabía que iba a encontrarme con muchas que me harían entender el porqué nadie habla de ellas y es como si no existieran, y este es el caso de la producción que les hablaré hoy:

| Esta producción estadounidense de suspenso policial se estrenó en el año 2021, fue dirigida por Jhon Lee Hancock, y protagonizada por Denzel Washington, Rami Malek, Jared Leto y Natalie Morales. La trama sigue la historia de un sheriff y detective que deciden trabajar juntos para poder atrapar a un asesino en serie antes de que más mujeres sigan siendo asesinadas. | This American police thriller was released in 2021, directed by Jhon Lee Hancock, and stars Denzel Washington, Rami Malek, Jared Leto and Natalie Morales. The plot follows the story of a sheriff and detective who decide to work together in order to catch a serial killer before more women continue to be murdered. |

| Joe (Denzel), trabaja como sheriff en un condado pequeño, antes era detective de homicidios, pero debido a un caso tuvieron que cambiarlo. Jim (Remi), es nuevo en la ciudad pero tiene una buena reputación como detective, ambos se encuentran en la comisaría por el escándalo del asesino y la presión que tiene Jim para resolverlo, por otro lado, Joe se da cuenta de que estos homicidios pueden estar relacionados con su último caso. | Joe (Denzel), works as a sheriff in a small county, before he was a homicide detective, but due to a case they had to change him. Jim (Remi), is new in town but has a good reputation as a detective, both are in the police station because of the scandal of the murderer and the pressure Jim has to solve it, on the other hand, Joe realizes that these homicides may be related to his last case. |

| Fue bastante decepcionante esta película, más que todo porque contaba con buenos actores, y a pesar de que se relata lo mismo de otras del género, empezó bien y se veía interesante, pero a la mitad se cayó todo. Iba con buen ritmo, con una historia bien encaminada, y de repente todo se va a la basura. | This movie was quite disappointing, mostly because it had good actors, and even though it tells the same story as others in the genre, it started out well and looked interesting, but halfway through it all fell apart. It was going with a good pace, with a well paced story, and suddenly it all goes down the drain. |

| La actuación de Remi la sentí tan forzada que sólo podía reírme cada que aparecía en pantalla 😂, tal vez son cosas mías pero es que no me gustó en este papel, Denzel, fue Denzel, no estuvo mal su interpretación porque este es el tipo de papeles que siempre le dan y me gustó ese giro que le dieron del caso que vivió en el pasado, y la de Jared fue normal, por lo que me es difícil creer todavía que la nominaran a los globos de oro. | Remi's performance felt so forced that I could only laugh every time she appeared on screen 😂, maybe it's just me but I just didn't like her in this role, Denzel, was Denzel, his performance was not bad because this is the kind of roles he always gets and I liked that twist they gave him from the case he lived in the past, and Jared's was normal, so it's still hard for me to believe that she was nominated for the golden globes. |

| El guión fue el mayor problema, porque cómo ya les había dicho perdieron la dirección del caso, y presentaron a un asesino inteligente y de repente agregan ciertas cosas como una confesión falsa que no tiene mucho sentido, y dígame las acciones que tomaron Joe y Jim para saber más del acusado: PATÉTICAS. Se supone que eres un policía súper inteligente y bueno, y te montas en el carro del supuesto asesino y te pones a seguir sus órdenes como si nada 🙂. | The script was the biggest problem, because as I had already told you they lost the direction of the case, and they presented a smart killer and suddenly they add certain things like a false confession that doesn't make much sense, and tell me the actions Joe and Jim took to know more about the accused: PATHETIC. You're supposed to be a super smart and good cop, and you get in the alleged killer's car and start following his orders like it's nothing 🙂. |

| Fueron acciones poco coherentes para los papeles que ambos jugaban de policías excelentes, y eso sin mencionar el débil desarrollo del caso, las escenas innecesarias e incongruentes y ese final. No es la peor pero pudo ser mejor, en pocas palabras no se las recomiendo 😌. | They were inconsistent actions for the roles they both played as excellent cops, and that's not to mention the weak development of the case, the unnecessary and incongruous scenes and that ending. It's not the worst but it could have been better, in short I don't recommend it 😌. |
