CINETalkies : Its time to say Goodbye (01/01/2022)

Happy New Year to every one on the hive. The initiative which was started in October was aimed at creating the content on cinema. For last 90 days I tried my best to engage other users. But since last couple of days I have been witnessing some nasty downvoting activities by @stickupboys.

Initially I thought of retaliating, but then I realised there is no point in flag wars. Downvotes without reason are discouraging. On one side the account like @ecency was providing me votes under their encouragement program and on the other some account was downvoting.

This was one of the first reasons why I felt that its not making any point in continuing with this initiative as the people of #cinetv are not appreciative of the good activities.

For a moment I felt that I should be moving out on #vyb as advised by @markchu but that is not fair with the other contributors. Hence, I am deciding to call it off. Though, #vyb is the place created for the people like me who suffer due to the acts of accounts like @stickupboys.

The Initiative

For last 90 days, we discussed 90 topics on this forum.
@interpretation , @teapassion regularly supported this initiative with their #pob votes.
@drax joined me in voting with his #hive votes. @gogreenbuddy supported me with his cinepower. I would request him to take the #cinepower back from the account as I would be withdrawing from this platform.

@vikbuddy, @hykss @ykretz @markchu and @coffeelovers it was really wonderful. You made this initiative possible. @vanillavow added the Korean flavor to this initiative regularly. You guys are the real stars, without your support this initiative was not possible.

Its time to say Goodbye. Lets hope @raymondspeaks does some miracles and change the fate of this community now. I am really thankful to him for giving me the opportunity to create the #cinetalkies posts. I would be active on hive and would focus on curating.

First of all many thanks for coming up with this initiative. Its been really amazing and quite first of its kind engagement in Cinetv and Hive as well. You have your valid reasons for ending this initiative. Wish you all the best dear. You can definitely focus on other things on Hive, VYB, POB and Cinetv as well. I don't know what happened but this is quite shocking. I was thinking of studying Korean drama in the wake of the questions that you ask. I am sorry to see it closing down. All the best for your endeavours.

I wish to see you if something like that happens again ! On of the biggest current chances on CineTV. Maybe if that doesn't really works it's because there is no real community for the token :/
