Hello guys, welcome to my blog, it's another #hiveghana weekly prompt, and I chose to review an interesting movie I've always wanted to write a review on. Are you a lover of fashion, a captivating soundtrack, and a villain storyline, this is definitely the movie to look out for, just so you know, it's a Disney production, so yes, the kids can watch this one too.

The story centers around a young girl named Estella who couldn't stay out of trouble in school due to her stubborn nature and craze for fashion, she would always end up in the principal's office till she got expelled. Her mother got worried and decided to take her elsewhere for help, they arrived at the new city only for her mother to end up getting killed by falling off a cliff which made Estella end up as a street girl, she made friends with some street kids who fend for themselves by stealing, Estella made them outfits to always blend in their new location of operation, they grew up stealing, her passion and fire for fashion designing never seized, so she aimed for an opportunity to work in a fashion house but ended up a cleaner there. Luck came by her one day when she was supposed to spend the night cleaning, instead, she got drunk and redesigned a dress in the showroom which she thought looked sad, only for the top fashion mogul in town to visit the next morning and asked for the designer of the showroom dress, she got employed immediately.

But things took a new turn as her working with the fashion mogul known as the Baroness showed how she was evil and controlling freak she was to her employees and always wanting to be at the top light as the best fashion designer even when the work was another person idea, she always takes all the credit alone. Estella decided to teach her a lesson, by competing with her to take the Baroness spotlight, but she couldn't do this as Estella, she became CRUELLA always crashing her boss spotlight events with unique and top-notch styles beating her boss at the game of fashion, the competition turned revengeful when she discovered the Baroness was her real mother and she also killed her supposed mother....

Let me stop here now, Emma Stone the lead actress put in her best in this movie, also the rest of the Actors and actresses, I think this movie is a prequel to 'Cruella de Vil' the 50's comic about a fashion mogul as devilish as the Baroness in this one, only that the former wanted to skin dogs to make a coat but this one here did not harm the dogs, even had them as pets. My best past in this movie is the thrilling fashion moments and also the cool soundtrack behind it, I would rate this movie an 8/10 because I felt like it was too short and needed more, overall, my time spent watching this movie wasn't a waste, the reason why I'm recommending it, I know a lot of movie watchers might have already seen it, if you haven't, give it a try. So far, this is my favourite movie.
