A NIGERIAN MOVIE REVIEW: HUSBAND OF MINE

Good evening everyone. Today I am reviewing a Nollywood movie. Husband of mine.

So today I decided to watch a movie on YouTube. From one of my favorite channel Sandara Okunzuwa. She just released a new one with one of my favorite actors Stan Nze Husband of Mine. and I must admit that the screenwriter's name caught my attention. I'm someone who pays close attention to the people behind the script, and I often make a mental note of their names if I enjoy the movie. As it turns out, I'd previously seen another film written by this same scriptwriter, and I was eager to see if she'd deliver again. And deliver she did!"

Summary of the movie
This movie starts with Nkechi eating from her mother's pot, her mom comes in sees her and Drives her out of the house.

The movie is about a young couple trying to make ends meet. The man Hires a cab n pays the owner at the end of the day, but the cab has been giving him problems and because of that he works like an elephant eats like am, this leads him running into debt that he can't pay off his wife's debt is being loving and supportive but her mom not so much.

As the couple's situation worsens, they're forced to move in with the wife's mother. This arrangement proves challenging for the husband, who faces constant belittling from his mother-in-law. She relentlessly criticizes his financial struggles and questions his worthiness of her daughter.
"The mother-in-law's meddling escalates as she attempts to sabotage the couple's relationship and manipulate her daughter into meeting wealthy suitors. This toxic behavior creates tension in the once-harmonious relationship, as the husband's self-esteem is repeatedly battered, leaving his wife feeling helpless to intervene."

Opinion and Recommendation
I really enjoyed the movie, the movie is a 2hrs long movie, it was interesting and kept me entertained, I had all kinds of emotions, the actors delivered on there roles, I had so much fun enjoying this movie and my expectations were met. It's was really captivating movie.
The movie shows how people want different things in there relationships, and how what you want in your marriage doesn't necessarily align to what your parents wants. And it's okay as long as you are Happy.
