We know the premiere date of Andrzej Sapkowski's new book outside Poland! Geralt's new - old adventures will hit 19 countries in September. I haven't read the book yet, but I've heard very positive opinions about it. Apparently it's much better than the last publication by the Polish author. It's not a sequel, but a midquel. The series tells the story of Geralt's beginnings right after he left Kaer Morhen.

I knew Netflix made a good decision investing in Narnia (if it's a product on par with The Irishman), but I didn't expect it to be this good. Thanksgiving in the US is one of the few times you can sometimes make as much money as Christmas. The fact that Disney is mad about it is a nice sight. A truly nuclear option, I totally agree. The film is set to appear in 2026.

Fans of Disney's latest animated film will not see the series focusing on Tiana. It was canceled due to budget reasons and a change in their streaming service strategy. Instead, we will get a short animation to wipe away tears. It will probably be created as a mishmash of completed elements of this series.

I'll be honestly surprised if they do a reboot. I don't think it's needed yet - they've managed to screw up too little (and even that can be fixed to a large extent by other methods, e.g. changes in the scripts of subsequent films through retcons), but we'll probably get it sooner or later. It's easier to build a sequel on fresh ground.

The second season will probably appear in the second half of 2026. Well, although some scenes look good, I don't plan on watching this production. The art is ugly in my opinion, Harry Osborne's design looks like an unfunny joke to me, a typical corporate product in general.

The actor playing Daredevil's nemesis has spoken out about the series. From what he says, the work on the set looks like they're just making season 4 of the series. Well, not exactly. The adversary will be different than announced, but I'm not complaining. From what I've heard, he has even greater potential than Bullseye. Either way, the Kingpin trailers promise a really good show. I hope I won't be disappointed. The series debuted today with two episodes. I'll wait until I have some of them and watch the new promotional video.

Jeszcze nie czytałem książki, ale słyszałem bardzo pozytywne opinie na jej temat. Podobno jest znacznie lepsza od ostatniej publikacji polskiego autora. Nie jest to sequel, tylko midquel. Ten jeszcze nie jest moim zdaniem potrzebny - za mało zdołali zepsuć (a i to w dużej mierze można naprostować innymi metodami, np. zmianami w scenariuszach kolejnych filmów poprzez retcony), ale pewnie prędzej czy później go dostaniemy. Łatwiej się buduje ciąg dalszy na świeżym gruncie.

Drugi sezon prawdopodobnie pojawi się w 2 połowie 2026 roku. Cóż, chociaż niektóre sceny wyglądają nieźle, to nie zamierzam oglądać tej produkcji. Kreska jest wg mnie brzydka, projekt Harry'ego Osborne'a wygląda dla mnie jak nieśmieszny żart, generalnie typowy korporacyjny produkt.

Aktor wcielający się w rolę Nemezis Daredevila, wypowiedział się na temat serialu. Z tego co mówi, praca na planie zdjęciowym wygląda tak, jakby robili po prostu 4 sezon serialu. No, nie do końca. Przeciwnik będzie inny niż zapowiadano, ale nie narzekam. Z tego co słyszałem, to ma jeszcze większy potencjał niż Bullseye. Tak czy inaczej, zapowiedzi Kingpina zapowiadają naprawdę dobre show. Mam nadzieję, że się nie rozczaruję. Dzisiaj zadebiutował serial wraz z dwoma odcinkami. Ja poczekam aż mi się ich trochę zbierze i zobaczę nowy filmik promocyjny.
