As part of the initiative, proposed by the community, I share with you this review, a classic, Miracle on 34th Street, surely many have seen it, I remember that every year, it was shown on television, it tells a very emotional story of faith and hope.
The film focuses on the Christmas parade of a chain of stores, where the man who reincarnates Santa Claus is removed, and in his place appears a new one, but not just anyone, Kris Kringle, is an old man, with great charisma, charm, that's when they decide to hire him, since many children saw him, and admired him, to such an extent that they believed that he was the real Santa Claus, with the exception of a little girl, whose mother has long taught her to be realistic, and not to be carried away by these beliefs.
Como parte de la iniciativa, propuesta por la comunidad, les comparto esta reseña, un clásico, Milagro en la Calle 34, seguramente muchos la han visto, yo recuerdo que cada año, lo pasaban por la televisión, cuenta una historia bastante emotiva, de fe y esperanza.
La película se centra en el desfile navideño de una cadena de tiendas, donde el hombre que reencarna a Santa Claus es destituido, y en su lugar aparece uno nuevo, pero no cualquiera, Kris Kringle, es un hombre anciano, con un gran carisma, encanto, es allí que deciden contratarlo, ya que muchos niños lo veían, y lo admiraban, a tal punto que creían que era el verdadero Santa Clauss, con la excepción de una pequeña niña, la cual su madre desde hace mucho tiempo le enseño a ser realista, y no dejarse llevar por estas creencias.
This film is a remake of the movie that premiered in the year 1947, this new version is from 1994, it had the performances of the remembered Richard Attenborough, personifying Santa, without a doubt his role was exceptional, with a great charm, which gave him that unique and kind touch.
On the other hand, we have Mara Wilson as the little girl Susan, many will remember her as the famous Matilda; because of her mother's beliefs, this little girl was somewhat skeptical with respect to all these festivities, believing in the magic of Christmas, but especially in this man who delivers gifts in a sleigh.
Elizabeth Perkins played the role of Dorey Walker, Susan's mother, a woman who had no faith in love or in these Christmas festivities, and although she works organizing these events, she still only fulfilled her professional role.
And I can't fail to mention this handsome man, sorry, I can't help but say it Dylan McDermott, who played Bryan Bedford, a prestigious lawyer, who was in love with Dorey, and in turn adored Susan, his sole purpose was to win her heart, show her that you can believe in love again, and of course foster that Christmas spirit.
Este film es un remake de la película que estreno en el año 1947, esta nueva versión es de 1994, contó con las actuaciones del recordado Richard Attenborough, personificando a Santa, sin duda su papel fue excepcional, con un gran encanto, que le dio ese toque único, y bondadoso.
Por otra parte, tenemos a Mara Wilson como la pequeña niña Susan, muchos la recordaran como la famosa Matilda; por el adoctrinamiento de su madre, esta niña era algo escéptica con respeto a todas estas festividades, el creer en la magia de la navidad, pero sobre todo en este hombre que entrega regalos en un trineo.
Elizabeth Perkins encarnó el papel de Dorey Walker, la mamá de Susan, una mujer, que no tenía fe ni en el amor, ni en estas festividades navideñas, y aunque trabaja organizando estos eventos, aun asi, ella solo cumplía con su papel profesional.
Y no puedo dejar de mencionar a este hombre tan guapo, lo siento, no puedo evitar decirlo Dylan McDermott, el cual hizo el papel Bryan Bedford, un prestigioso abogado, que estaba enamorado de Dorey, y a su vez adoraba a Susan, su único propósito era ganarse su corazón, demostrarle que se puede volver a creer en el amor, y por supuesto fomentar ese espíritu navideño.
Well, we already talked about the characters, let's talk a little about the theme of this film, as I mentioned at the beginning, many stop believing and lose that Christmas spirit, I remember when I knew the truth, at first I felt quite disappointed and sad, and when I looked at my gift the next day, it was much sadder, because they did not give me what I asked for, I think this is the first time I mention it; however, I do not think I am the only one.
It is here where one says, or thinks, but why was this created, what is the purpose, well I think that as well mentioned in the movie, if we believe in that powerful and wonderful being that gives us peace, and fills us with faith, why not believe in this character, who gives gifts, transmits those smiles in children, and that emotion every year, to receive what we want.
Of course, everyone has the right to believe in what they want, but no one can come to force you to change your beliefs, and much less to take away that illusion, that emotion, in this case, in children, if they trust and believe in this character, why take them away, let them see and know, they do not know how nice it is to see them, all excited writing their letters, waiting for that night, for that day, to wake up and open their gifts.
Pues bien, ya hablamos de los personajes, hablemos un poco sobre el tema de este film, como mencione al principio, muchos dejan de creer y pierden ese espíritu navideño, recuerdo cuando yo supe la verdad, al principio me sentí bastante decepcionada y triste, y al mirar mi regalo al día siguiente, fue mucho más triste, porque no me dieron lo que pedí, creo que es la primera vez que lo menciono; sin embargo, no creo que ser la única.
Es aquí donde uno dice, o piensa, pero porque se creó esto, cuál es el propósito, bueno pienso que como bien mencionan en la película, si creemos en ese ser poderoso y maravilloso que nos da paz, y nos llena de fe, porque no creer en este personaje, que da regalos, transmite esas sonrisas en los niños, y esa emoción cada año, de recibir lo que deseamos.
Claro, cada quien tiene derecho a creer en lo que quiere, pero nadie puede venir a obligarte a cambiar de creencia, y mucho menos a quitarte esa ilusión, esa emoción, en este caso, en los niños, si ellos confían y creen en este personaje, porque quitárselos, déjalos que en su momento, ellos vean y sepan, no saben que bonito es verlos, todos entusiasmados escribiendo sus cartas, esperando por esa noche, por ese día, al levantarse y abrir sus regalos.
Christmas is for sharing, laughing, enjoying those moments with the family, it is not just about celebrating, having big parties, it is definitely not like that, but of course, many take the opportunity to do so; however, here the important thing is to be thankful for having completed a year, with hope and faith that the next will be better, to be united, to remember those who are no longer with us, and well, as I said, to be thankful for everything.

La Navidad es para compartir, reír, disfrutar esos momentos en familia, no se trata solo de celebrar, hacer grandes fiestas, definitivamente no es asi, pero claro, muchos aprovechan para hacerlo; sin embargo, aquí lo importante es agradecer por haber culminado un año, con la esperanza y fe, de que el próximo será mejor, el estar unidos, recordar a los que ya no están, y bueno, como dije agradecer por todo.

ohh por qué nunca habia visto este film? no lo recuerdo! debo buscarlo. A mi también me dijeron que el niño Jesús no existe y pues me sentí 🤡 por unos cuantos días.. es bastante chimbo cuando uno se entera.

Vi está película por primera vez este año, mi familia hablaba maravillas de ella desde siempre y entendí perfectamente por qué.
