The Hunger Games: Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes| Review Movie [ENG|ESP]

The Hunger Games, a great movie classic, how not to remember them, a very attractive saga, a story worth watching and enjoying.

Ohhh... los Juegos del Hambre, un gran clásico del cine, como no recordarlos, una saga bastante atractiva, una historia que vale la pena ver y disfrutar.

Many will remember this great saga of the Hunger Games; in fact some time ago I made a review about it, you can see it here ,the new story recently came out, which takes us back in time, showing a Snow totally different from the one we could appreciate in these other initial sagas.

In this story we will see a young Snow, which is selected to mentor the young Lucy Gray, the same is chosen as a tribute of the poor district 12, to participate in these games, this girl manages to surprise everyone with her voice, and it is where Snow will seek the way to take advantage of her, and thus make her win.

Muchos recordarán esta gran saga de los Juegos del Hambre; de hecho hace un tiempo hice una reseña sobre ella, puede verla aquí , por lo que recientemente salió una nueva historia, donde nos traslada a varias épocas atrás, mostrando a un Snow totalmente diferente del que pudimos apreciar en estas otras sagas iniciales.

En esta historia veremos a un jove Snow, el cual es seleccionado para ser mentor de la joven Lucy Gray, la misma es elegida como tributo del pobre distrito 12, para participar en estos juegos, esta chica logra sorprender a todos con su voz, y es que donde Snow buscara la forma de sacarle ventaja, y asi hacerla ganar.

This movie was released in November 2023, it is a prequel to the original saga, it is directed by Francis Lawrence, who also directed the previous ones, it had a good cast, starting with Tom Blyth who played the young "𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐬 𝐒𝐧𝐨𝐰𝐰 ", next we have Peter Dinklage playing "𝐃𝐞𝐞𝐚𝐧 𝐂𝐚𝐬𝐜𝐚 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐛𝐨𝐭𝐭𝐨𝐦", the creator of the Hunger Games, then we will see Viola Davis as the "𝐃𝐫. 𝐕𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐦𝐧𝐢𝐚 𝐆𝐚𝐮𝐥", the Capitol's chief scientist, and finally Rachel Zegler who plays "𝐋𝐮𝐜𝐲 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐲 𝐁𝐚𝐢𝐫𝐝", District 12's tribute representative.

As you can see, it had good performances, there is no denying this, and the plot itself was quite interesting, at first it was a little slow, they talked a lot, and as in the second part, it began to make a little sense, and something more exciting; it had a good scenery, I liked listening to some musicals of the original sagas, it brought back memories.

As I mentioned, here we will see the young Snow, which as you know, for those who saw the saga, he was the bad guy and psychopath of this story, when I imagined him like that, I thought this was what we were going to see, that background of how he became this being, what made him this way, and I do not deny it, it convinced me a little, but still, I felt it lacked, that transition, it lacked more evil, and change, I do not know, they fell short with this.

Esta película se estrenó en noviembre del 2023, es una precuela de la saga original, está dirigida por Francis Lawrence, el cual también dirigió las anteriores, contó con un buen reparto, empezando por Tom Blyth el cual interpreto al joven ❝𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐬 𝐒𝐧𝐨𝐰❞, seguidamente tenemos a Peter Dinklage interpretando a ❝𝐃𝐞𝐚𝐧 𝐂𝐚𝐬𝐜𝐚 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐛𝐨𝐭𝐭𝐨𝐦❞, el creador de los Juegos del Hambre, luego veremos a Viola Davis como la ❝𝐃𝐫. 𝐕𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐦𝐧𝐢𝐚 𝐆𝐚𝐮𝐥❞, la jefa de los científicos del Capitolio, y por último a Rachel Zegler la cual interpreta a ❝𝐋𝐮𝐜𝐲 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐲 𝐁𝐚𝐢𝐫𝐝❞, representante del tributo del Distrito 12.

Como ven, contó con buenas actuaciones, no se puede negar esto, y la trama de por sí, estuvo bastante interesante, al principio fue un poco lento, hablaban mucho, ya como en la segunda parte, fue que empezó a cobrar un poco de sentido, y algo más emocionante; tuvo una buena escenografía, me gusto escuchar algunos musicales de las sagas originales, me trajo recuerdos.

Como mencione, aquí veremos al joven Snow, el cual como bien saben, para los que vieron la saga, él era el malo y psicópata de esta historia, al imaginármelo asi, pensé que esto era lo que íbamos a ver, ese trasfondo de como se convirtió en este ser, que lo hizo ser asi, y no les niego, me convenció un poco, aunque igual, sentí que le falto, esa transición, le falto más maldad, y cambio, no sé, se quedaron cortos con esto.
