The genre of the movie is Science Fiction, Action and Thriller. Let's not forget that it takes place in a utopian world. You can watch it on Netflix right now. The movie is 109 minutes, an average movie length.

Imagine living in a future where every human being stops aging at the age of 25 and then you have to buy your way to continue living. The movie is based on such a utopia. Honestly, I love this kind of movie because when it's based on a good script, it can be a masterpiece that's really worth watching. Even if this movie is not a masterpiece, I must say it is worth watching. The movie stars Justin Timberlake, who we all know very well. He is a factory worker and he can barely make a living because he works for a living and if he doesn't work he will die. Everything is as simple as that. One evening he goes to a bar and there he meets a man who has more than 100 years to live and he saves his life. He and the man hide in a secret house and when he wakes up in the morning he finds that the man has transferred his time to him. No matter how much she tries to call him and save him, he commits suicide and it looks like a theft and murder committed by our protagonist.

Our protagonist gives some of this more than a century of time to his friend. When he goes to give time to his mother, he can't keep up and since he can't save her, he decides to rebel against this system. In this utopia, cities are divided into time zones. The richest live in one place, the middle class in another, the poorest in another. In order to move between classes, you have to give years of your life. Our protagonist Will moves to the richest part and observes the rich people there. He also does very risky things. Once he gambles on his entire life span and wins and has a life span of over 1000 years. Then he becomes friends with one of the richest businessmen there. Of course, the police come after our protagonist and when they come to catch him, Will takes the girl hostage and escapes. At first the girl sees everything as an adventure, but then she realizes the seriousness of the situation and wants to escape. Will doesn't leave her and they go on adventures together. They rob banks and distribute it to people who have no time.

It's debatable whether this is really a good idea because when he visits his friend, he learns that he was attacked and killed because of the time he gave him. Sometimes fighting for something might not be a bad idea. Of course they don't stop and they try everything to find a way to beat the system. Do you think they will succeed? My favorite thing about the movie was that even though there were some minor absurdities, there were no major logic errors. Of course, there are dramatic things like him trying to catch up with his mother and not making it at the last minute, but isn't that what happens in all movies? Imagine living in such a utopia. Would you be able to go against the system? Or would you live in your own way? I will give the movie 8 out of 10 because I liked the script and the acting. By the way, Cillian Murphy is among the actors. I hope I don't need to tell you how successful an actor he is.
