RE: India Filmmakers Moving Towards AI

Movie on demand will have a completely new meaning by the end of the decade.
It won’t be streaming on demand, but ai-generated on demand to my personal preference.
After I watch it and if I like it, I can ofcourse share it so others can watch it, or adjust it to be more in line with what they like.
Quality will be determined by the input, not the size of the budget and the network

That is an accurate assessment. What you are describing is being called personalized entertainment.
My view is that popularity is going to be determined by what goes viral. You will generate a film, if you like it, share it out. If a lot find the same, they will share until someone popular picks it up and sends it viral.
And because of that, quality will be high, because new ‘experts’ will arise that will try to create this viral AI generated stories.
Prompting and curating for a certain audience will likely be a job, aa some people will have a greater creativity and skill in generating attractive content
I can imagine writing sentences, and giving photos/animations to the AI, it will be able to generate an entire movie.
Imagine giving entire fantasy books to the AI.
Maybe one day people will actually do this on their PCs, laptops, mobile phones.
Everyone will have a personal movie maker.
There are other possibilities too.
Completely interactive e-books.
AI Dungeon already exists, but it still needs to be improved. Especially for complex, deep stories.
So true, upload your favorite fantasy book or books and have them combined into a game of thrones like series that you can binge watch for weeks.
There interactive possibilities are great too indeed!
It will be exciting, but also dangerously addictive. That had me worried a bit.
AI indeed has a worrying factor.
But because of bad people.
Imagine seeing yourself on a place, where you have not been so far, and saying things, which you have not said at all.
Bad people can use AI too.
For bad things.
But generally the AI is rather a promising, exciting thing.
And maybe one day the AI will be able to make not only texts, photos, animations, and movies, but complete, playable video games too, based on user prompts.
True, eventually in-person meetings will be required for certain things, because digital communication cannot be 100% trusted anymore
