Greetings to all, today I'm coming to you keeping the promise I made last week. Last week when I shared the review of Barbie, I mentioned that I wanted to go to Oppenheimer next week. And yesterday I went to see Oppenheimer. I wasn't alone, I had a nice movie date with my boyfriend. We watched Oppenheimer together in Imax and then we had a nice dinner together.

The movie started around 4 o'clock and we had snacks and cold drinks beforehand. We were in our seats before the movie started. Then the movie started, this time I didn't put my phone in my bag and I took some photos of movie.

The fact that the movie was shot without any visual effects is really admirable. The acting was also really, really good. I love the fact that there are so many good actors in the movie. I know Cillian Murphy from Peaky Blinders, but I realized that he's been in other movies that I've seen before. He's a really good actor. His roles in Batman and Inception were very good, especially his character in Batman. I like intelligent characters, what can I say... Cillian Murphy was one of the reasons I saw this movie.

Robert Downey Jr. is a person who has made a place in my heart with his Ironman character, I've seen him in different roles in different movies. Sherlock Holmes movies were also very good. He played a slightly bad character in this movie, but he played it VERY WELL again.

Matt Damon and Rami Malek are also actors that I love and know with their good movies. I knew Jack Quaid from The Boys series and I liked him a lot. I didn't know he was in the movie but I was very happy to see him. I also saw a couple of actors from Stranger Things in the movie and it was a really good cast. It's a great movie in this respect.

There were things I didn't like about the movie. It was a bit long and boring to watch. I felt sleepy in the middle of the first act. I watched the second act out of curiosity. We thought we shouldn't watch it, but the second act was better than the first. It became more understandable. Because they show three episodes at once and Oppenheimer's life is constantly moving forward, it was a bit difficult for me to follow it all. But since everything was connected in the finale, it made sense for us to go to the end. Still, I think it could have been made less boring or a shorter movie could have been made. Still, it was beautiful and sad to witness the story of this event that has an important place in history.

Today is August 6th, the 78th anniversary of the dropping of the atomic bomb on Hiroshima. 78 years ago I was not alive and I was saddened when I first heard in primary school that births with disabilities would continue for these time. Yesterday, when I witnessed these events once again in the movie, I felt very sad during the bombing scene. The thought that what I was watching was real and I remembered once again how horrible it is that innocent people are killed for no reason and that there are wars. Right now, the war in Ukraine, the civil wars in the east are all going on for nothing. I hope that innocent people will not be hurt anymore. I hope that people and especially scientists will be more conscientious when they make discoveries that will affect all of humanity. I hope that we learn to use all the technology developed to heal people and prolong their lives or to help us live more abundant lives, and that we stop using it to kill each other.

Selamlar ahali bugün size geçen hafta verdiğim sözü tutarak geliyorum. Geçen hafta Barbie filminin eleştiri yazısını paylaştığımda, gelecek hafta da Oppenheimer’a gitmek istediğimden bahsetmiştim. Ve dün Oppenheimer filmini izlemeye gittim. Tek başıma değildim, erkek arkadaşımla beraber güzel bir sinema date’i yaptık. Oppenheimer filmini beraber Imax’te izledik ve sonra da beraber güzel bir akşam yemeği yedik.

Film saat 4 gibi başlıyordu öncesinde atıştırmalık ve soğuk içecekler aldık. Film başlamadan yerimizi almıştık. Sonra film başladı bu sefer telefonumu çantama koymadım ve aralarda bir kaç fotoğraf çektim.

Filmin herhangi bir görsel efekt kullanılmadan çekilmiş olması gerçekten taktire şayan. Oyunculuklar da gerçekten çok çok iyiydi. Bir çok iyi oyuncunun filmde rol almasını çok seviyorum. Cillian Murphy’i ben Peaky Blinders dizisiyle tanıdım ama öncesinde izlediğim diğer filmlerde de rol aldığını fark ettim. Gerçekten iyi bir oyuncu. Batman ve Inception’daki rolleri özellikle de Batman’daki karakteri çok iyiydi. Zeki karakterleri seviyorum, ne diyebilirim ki .. Bu filmi izleme sebeplerimden biri de Cillian Murphy’idi zaten.

Filmde Stranger Things dizisinden de bir iki oyuncu gördüm baya iyi bir kadro kurulmuş gerçekten. Harika bir film bu açıdan.

Filmde beğenmediğim şeyler de vardı. Biraz uzun ve izlemesi sıkıcıydı. İlk perdenin ortalarında uykum geldi gibi oldu. İkinci perdeyi merakımdan izledim. İzlemesek mi diye düşünmüştük ki ikinci perde bence birinciden daha iyiydi. Daha anlaşılır bir hal aldı. Çünkü üç tane bölümü birden gösteriyorlar ve Oppenheimer’ın hayatı da sürekli ilerliyor hepsini takip etmek biraz zordu benim için. Ama finalde her şey birbirine bağlandığı için sonuna kadar gitmek bizim için mantıklı bir hareket oldu. Yine de bence daha az sıkıcı yapılabilirdi ya da daha kısa bir film yapılabilirdi. Yine de tarihte önemli bir yere sahip bu olayın hikayesine tanık olmak güzel ve hüzünlüydü.

Bugün günlerden 6 Ağustos ve Hiroşima’ya atom bombasının atılmasının 78. yıl dönümü. 78 yıl önce hayatta değildim ve ilk okulda ilk duyduğumda sakat doğumların bir süre daha sürdüğünü öğrendiğimde üzülmüştüm. Dün filmde bu yaşananlara bir kez daha tanık olunca, bombalama sahnesinde çok üzüldüm. Bu izlediklerimin gerçek olma düşüncesi ve sebepsiz yere masum insanların öldürülmesinin, savaşların olmasının ne kadar korkunç bir şey olduğunu bir kez daha hatırladım. Şu anda da Ukrayna’da meydana gelen savaş, doğudaki iç savaşlar hepsi hiç uğruna sürüp devam ediyor. Umarım masum insanların canı daha fazla yanmaz. Umarım insanlar ve özellikle biliminsanları tüm insanlığı etkileyecek buluşlarını yaparken daha vicdanlı davranırlar. Geliştirilen tüm teknolojiyi insanları iyileştirmek ve ömürlerini uzatmak ya da daha bolluk içinde geçirmemize yardımcı olması için kullanmayı öğreniriz de birbirimizi öldürmek için kullanmaktan vazgeçeriz.
