This is a film directed by Richard Linklater and is the sequel to “Before Sunrise”. This installment continues the story of Jesse and Céline, played by Ethan Hawke and Julie Delpy, who meet again in Paris almost a decade after their first meeting in Vienna.
The film takes place in real time, which adds a sense of immediacy and authenticity to the narrative.
The plot begins with Jesse, a successful author who has written a book about his one-night stand with Céline, and is on tour promoting his work.

During one of his presentations in Paris, he meets Céline, who is attending the event. The chemistry between them is palpable from the first moment, and as they converse, it is revealed that the two have led very different lives since their last meeting.
Throughout the film, Jesse and Céline stroll through the streets of Paris, visiting landmarks and sharing memories of their past.
The conversation flows naturally, covering topics such as love, relationships, life choices and expectations. As they get emotionally naked, their longings, frustrations and the choices they have made in their lives are explored.
Jesse reveals that he is married and has a child, while Céline shares her own struggles and disappointments in love.
The film focuses on the emotional connection between the two characters, showing how, despite the years and circumstances, their bond remains strong.
