Hazbin Hotel | Hell is Forever!

A few days ago I decided to give in to the temptation of watching Hazbin Hotel after a long time in which Prime kept recommending it. I'm just saying that I wish I had seen the series a long time before, because it's amazing, plus, it's a musical! Which I didn't know and if I had known that I would have seen the series much sooner. It's a hell of a lot more than anyone could have hoped for.

Hazbin Hotel takes place in hell, where Charlie Morningstar, Lucifer Morningstar's daughter, decides to do something impossible, try to rescue souls from hell, because once a year a catastrophic event takes place where angels go down to hell to kill as many souls as they can, to diminish their publicity and prevent them from becoming a threat to heaven. Tired of all that, Charlie wants to save the souls of the damned who stay at her hotel, to prove that the impossible can be done.

Hace días decidí caer en la tentación de ver Hazbin Hotel después de muchísimo tiempo en el que Prime no dejaba de recomendarlo. Solo digo que ojalá hubiera visto la serie mucho tiempo antes, porque es increíble, además, ¡es un musical! Cosa que no sabía y si lo hubiera sabido habría visto la serie mucho antes. Es muchísimo más de lo que cualquier persona hubiera podido esperar.

Hazbin Hotel tiene lugar en el infierno, donde Charlie Morningstar, la hija de Lucifer Morningstar, decide hacer algo imposible, tratar de rescatar las almas del infierno, pues una vez al año tiene lugar un evento catastrófico donde los ángeles bajan al infierno a matar a tantas almas como puedan, para así disminuir su publación y evitar que se conviertan en una amenaza para el cielo. Cansada de todo eso, Charlie quiere salvar a las almas de los condenados que se hospeden en su hotel, para así demostrar que lo imposible puede ser hecho.

I don't know much about the history of this series, I only know that it is on prime and it is incredible, but according to people on the internet, the characters had different voice actors, some say they were better than the current ones, I don't know, there were also changes of names, aspects, animation, and on youtube there is the pilot of the series that was published four years ago, I don't know whether to watch it or not, I already saw this final version, and to see the raw material that served as a base and had many changes, I don't know, it is not something I like to do.

The story, despite having a somewhat cliché premise, although I wouldn't say cliché at all, is incredible, already from the first chapters I expected little of the narrative, of the development of the story, but I was very surprised, in a good way, because all the characters have their moment to shine, all the characters have a purpose and fulfill it very well, making the whole series very nourishing, not boring at all, a lot of laughter, has many reflections, and incredible songs that accompany to perfection everything that happens.

Yo no sé mucho sobre la historia de esta serie, solo sé que está en prime y es increíble, pero según gente del internet, los personajes tenían diferentes actores de voces, unos dicen que eran mejores que los actuales, no lo sé, también hubo cambios de nombres, de aspectos, de animación, y en youtube está el piloto de la serie que se publicó hace cuatro años, solo que no sé si verlo o no, ya vi esta versión final, y ver el material crudo que sirvió de base y tuvo muchas cambios, no sé, no es algo que me guste hacer.

La historia, a pesar de tener una premisa un tanto cliché, aunque no le diría cliché del todo, es muy increíble, ya desde los primeros capítulos esperaba poco de la narración, del desarrollo de la historia, pero me sorprendió mucho, en el buen sentido, porque todos los personajes tienen su momento de brillar, todos los personajes tienen un propósito y lo cumplen muy bien, haciendo que toda la serie sea muy nutrida, para nada aburrida, de mucha risa, tenga muchas reflexiones, e increíbles canciones que acompañan a la perfección todo lo que sucede.

There is something that I thought would be obvious, but it is not, and it is that this is an animated series for adults, because it takes place in hell, where the souls of sinners reside, and well, there is a lot of sexualization, just one of the main characters is a porn actor, there are weapons, there are swear words, there is cannibalism, there is alcohol, there are drugs, there is torture, there is sex, there are drugs, there is torture, there is sex, so, a series for everyone is not, so do not be fooled because it is an animated series, it is not suitable for all audiences, they are extreme and sensitive issues, so if you do not want to have uncomfortable conversations before time with children, do not let them watch the series.

The songs are amazing! I don't know which one is my favorite, but the one I like the most right now is Poison, by Angel Dust, fuck, that song has everything. The story it tells about Angel's life, no, it's the best, the ending leaves me in tears with a great prognosis of crying horribly, I have to watch the series again and pay more attention to everything that was happening because believe me when I tell you that there are more things than we think happening and nothing can be overlooked.

Hay algo que pensé que sería obvio, pero no lo es, y es que esta es una serie animada para adultos, pues tiene lugar en el infierno, donde las almas de los pecadores residen, y bueno, hay mucha sexualización, justo uno de los personajes protagonistas es actor porno, hay armas, hay palabras malsonantes, hay canibalismo, hay alcohol, hay drogas, hay torturas, hay sexo, entonces, una serie para todo el mundo no lo es, así que no se dejen engañar porque sea una serie animada, pues no es apta para todo público, son temas muy fuertes y delicados, así que si no quieren tener conversaciones incómodas antes de tiempo con niños, no les dejen ver la serie.

¡Las canciones son increíbles! No sé cuál es mi favorita, pero la que más me gusta en estos momentos es Poison, de Angel Dust, joder, esa canción tiene de todo, y la historia que cuenta sobre la vida de Angel, no, es lo mejor, el final me deja en lágrimas con un gran pronóstico de llorar horriblemente, tengo que volver a ver la serie y volver a prestarle más atención a todo lo que sucedía, porque creanme cuando les digo que hay más cosas de las que creemos sucediendo y nada puede pasarse por alto.

My favorite character in the series is who you would least believe because he is not Alastor, the radio demon who is one of the most powerful demons in hell, and he is not Angel Dust, the porn actor, and he is not Vaggie, Charlie's girlfriend, and he is not Charlie, the devil's daughter, and he is not the devil either, and neither is he the bartender who is under Alastor's control, no, actually my favorite character is Niffty, the maid, who is a completely deranged, the only thing she cares about is the insane things and she is always laughing like a maniac doing everything, I still laugh a lot when I remember her trying to kill a cockroach using a knife, the best thing in the world.

Here's the trailer! It's amazing, it's a very good trailer for a series as amazing as this one. I recommend it, I recommend it so much that I'm going to watch it again soon because I feel that I didn't pay enough attention to it and it was more the surprise of watching something so well done than everything else. Besides, it is from A24, that is, it has always been perfect.

Mi personaje favorito de la serie es quien menos llegarían a creer, pues no es Alastor, el demonio de la radio que es uno de los demonios más poderosos del infierno, y tampoco es Angel Dust, el actor porno, y tampoco es Vaggie, la novia de Charlie, y tampoco es Charlie, la hija del diablo, y tampoco es el diablo, y tampoco es el cantinero que está bajo el control de Alastor, no, en realidad mi personaje favorito es Niffty, la mucama, que es una desquiciada por completo, lo única que le importa son las cosas insanas y siempre anda riendo cono una maníaca haciendo de todo, sigo riendo mucho cuando la recuerdo tratando de matar a una cucaracha usando un cuchillo, lo mejor del mundo.

¡Aquí les dejo el trailer! Que es increíble, es un muy buen trailer para una serie tan increíble como esta. De verdad se las recomiendo, se las recomiendo tanto que voy a volver a verla pronto, pues siento que no le presté la atención necesaria y era más la sorpresa de estar viendo algo tan bien hecho, que todo lo demás. Además, es de A24, o sea, perfecta desde siempre.
