En mis inicios como cinéfilo están Los amantes (1958) de Louis Malle y Jules y Jim (1962) de François Truffaut, donde ella protagoniza personajes extraordinarios, y luego muchos otros filmes, como la inolvidable La historia inmortal (1968) de Orson Welles. Creo que el último filme donde la vi fue Hasta el fin del mundo (1991) de Win Wenders. No fue sólo una actriz; fue creadora y acompañante de la literatura y la música, donde resalta su amistad con la escritora Marguerite Duras y con el músico de jazz Mille Davis. In our beginnings as film buffs there are The Lovers (1958) by Louis Malle and Jules and Jim (1962) by François Truffaut, where she stars as extraordinary characters, and then many other films, such as the unforgettable The Immortal Story (1968) by Orson Welles. I think the last film where I saw her was Win Wenders' Until the End of the World (1991). She was not only an actress; she was a creator and companion of literature and music, where her friendship with the writer Marguerite Duras and the jazz musician Mille Davis stands out. She passed away at the age of 89 on July 31, 2017.
