Let's put an end to the endless comparisons.

I had the opportunity to teach a kid Graham's law of diffusion in chemistry. Just in case you are not a science student, the law explains how the mass (or density) of a gas affects its rate of diffusion (or movement). The heavier a gas, the slower its rate of diffusion. In a particular calculation, to compare the rates of diffusion of two gases, they must have equal volumes so that their masses would be the determinants of the rates of their diffusion.

In a bid to make the kid understand this concept, I used an analogy involving a fat boy and a slim boy running a race. When both start from the same point, the slim boy reaches the destination faster. What if the fat boy stays half way close to the finish line, and the slim boy is at the start point? He suggested the fat boy would win. Good! You are right, I responded. I went on to teach him the calculations.

Now, regarding the needless comparison between the two movies, "Breath of Life" and "A Tribe Called Judah," it's important to recognize that they tell different stories and belonged to different genres. Comparing them directly doesn't serve much purpose. "A Tribe Called Judah" (crime / comedy) excelled in its storytelling, while "Breath of Life" (drama) conveyed its message effectively.

I believe "Breath of Life" may have received an award at the AMVCA due to the emotions it evoked, cinematography and some other preferences. However, both movies deserve praises for their individual strengths.

Let's stop the endless comparison, which is coming majorly from those that don't understand that it takes a lot to hold people's attention down for one minute, let alone for two hours.
