Hola amigos, sean todos bienvenidos a una más de mis publicaciones de películas y series, en esta ocasión les presentó una serie llamada Truth Be Told, donde veremos la maravillosa actuación de Octavia Spencer como personaje principal de esta historia.
Su maravillosa actuación ha hecho que muchas personas se ganen el cariño de esta serie, en lo personal considero que es buena serie con temas realmente interesantes para las investigaciones que Poppy Parnel (personaje que interpreta Octavia) para descubrir si un detenido en la prisión es inocente o culpable de un homicidio.

Her wonderful performance has made many people love this series, personally I think it is a good series with really interesting topics for the investigations that Poppy Parnel (character played by Octavia) to find out if a detainee in prison is innocent or guilty of a murder.
Poppy Parnel es una investigadora obsesionada con los Pódcast, una de las historias que más le ha llamado la atención es la de un hombre privado de libertad llamado Warren Cave interpretado por Aaron Paul, dicho hombre fue condenado a varios años de prisión por sospechas de homicidio, digo sospechas por el motivo de que la falta de pruebas y las acciones cometidas por este en el momento de un asesinado, él queda como sospechoso por solo una cosa, llegar a su casa justo después del asesinato.
Poppy Parnell es una de las principales personas que sospecha del asesinato, metiendo más en problemas a Warren Cave, siendo una de las responsables de la cadena casi perpetua de Warren, al obtener más respuestas en su investigación, Poppy comienza a enterarse de que el verdadero asesino no es quien ella pensaba, como gesto de remordimiento decide investigar más a fondo e interrogar a todas las personas, ya sea familia o amigos de la familia del difunto.
Se sorprenderán que todo lo que ha hecho ha sido un error, error que deberá mediar de la mejor manera y estar de parte de la persona injustamente privada de libertad.

¿Por qué motivo mataría a una persona?
Para robarle no es una de las respuestas, ya que fue un homicidio y no un robo, es como si tuviera algo en contra de esa persona o tenía una deuda que pagar, tan solo era un adolescente cuando ocurrieron los hechos, pero se sospecha que alguien más detrás de esto y lo culto a él injustamente para despistar lo que hizo el verdadero homicida.

Poppy Parnel tiene ciertos problemas para enfrentar sus relaciones personajes como su familia, evita todo contacto con ellos y solo se enfoca en su trabajo, demuestra ser una persona firme con lo que hace y no le importa mucho las opiniones de los demás, dándole problemas en su matrimonio, pero de igual forma no le presta mucha atención a él y continua con su obsesión por los Pódcast, lugar donde se expresa y revela información que nadie más sabe.
Poppy tiene otro inconveniente, y es meterse en los asuntos ajenos a su oficio, ya que sus investigaciones son como las de un detective, y su vocación no es dicho oficio, sino que es reportera.

La experiencia de Warren Cave es totalmente desagradable, por el hecho de que él solo sabe que fue lo que sucedió en realidad, sobre todo de sentirse entre la espalda y la pared para poder defenderse, y sin falta de pruebas, no le queda más remedio que aceptar estar privado de libertad.
Lo más fuerte es que está privado de libertad desde que era un adolescente, cambiando su actitud y pasar miles de peligros en prisión, pero es sorprendente el autocontrol que tiene en todo momento, raras veces sale de sí mismo y de su autocontrol, ya que esto habla mucho de él, pero en ocasiones debe sacar las garras para defenderse de las injurias que le hacen.
Warren Cave's experience is totally unpleasant, for the fact that he only knows what really happened, especially feeling between his back and the wall to be able to defend himself, and without lack of evidence, he has no choice but to accept being deprived of his freedom.

Esta serie consta de 3 temporadas, porque la misma fue cancelada, Octavia Spencer expreso por las redes sociales que la serie culmina en su tercera temporada por problemas personales.
La serie va por buen camino, espero que pronto la puedan seguir continuando, ya que tiene muy buena historia, e intrigante.

Me ha encantado tu reseña porque aunque nos cuentas parte de la trama no sabemos a fondo que paso, es decir, te cuidas del spoiler, en cuanto a los actores principales, que por cierto ambos me encantan, podemos esperar buenas, actuaciones, ella me encanto desde que la vi en Historias Cruzadas y a él lo vi por primera vez en Need for Speed, lástima que la serie fue cancelada es tan frustrante cuando algo así ocurre.
Hola @actioncats no podemos contar todo siempre es bueno dejar la curiosidad e intriga para que se conecten en ese mismo suspenso que sentimos cuando no sabíamos nada de la serie jajajja, me encanta la actriz y me paso igual amix yo desde ese momento donde la veo me siento atraída porque actúa muy bien y siempre sus participaciones dejan mucho que decir, y cierto es frustrante cuando no le dan continuidad a una serie que nos tenía amarrados.

Parece una historia interesante, con un buen toque de misterio sobre lo que realmente ocurrió, me agrada esa tonalidad oscura que le suma intriga a la serie, gracias por compartirla con todos nosotros.
