Hola amigos, espero que se encuentren excelente, en esta oportunidad les quiero compartir 4 canciones que me han marcado mucho al ver la famosa serie llamada The Oc, pero ¿Por qué 4 canciones y no 5? Porque la serie se enfoca principalmente en 4 personajes, que vendría siendo Marissa, Ryan, Seth y Summer, por ello elegí 4 canciones que en el trascurso de las 4 temporadas se repiten consecutivamente, debo decir que el soundtrack de esta serie es buenísimo, tiene muchos clásicos de los 90s. Espero que disfruten de estas 4 joyitas, si se han visto la serie háganmelo saber ahh.

Esta canción se repite como en 3 capítulos, y son capítulos muy fuertes emocionalmente, debo decir que la primera vez que la escuche fue en una escena que se me hizo la piel chinita, no sabría cómo explicarles, pero fue algo impactante. Pero en la escena que más me impacto, es la escena donde Marissa se encuentra en la vieja casa donde ella y Ryan se conocieron, no les daré tanto contexto porque no entenderán si no se han visto la serie, en resumidas cuentas, ella tiene varios recuerdos de ese momento donde inicio su “Relación” .
En muchas ocasiones he mencionado que si los personajes principales tienen química y lo trasmiten muy bien en pantalla para mi han ganado ¿Por qué? Porque la serie u película puede ser lo más cliché pero si esos personajes son tan buenos actores y trasmiten esas emociones y química, para mí el resto está bien, no sé si me hice entender. The Oc es una serie de la vida de los adolescentes y adultos, para muchos puede ser cliché para otros algo buenísimo, realmente lo que me engancho fue que conecte muchísimo con los personajes y el desarrollo que tuvieron en el transcurso de la serie.

But the scene that impacted me the most, is the scene where Marissa is in the old house where she and Ryan met, I will not give you so much context because you will not understand if you have not seen the series, in short, she has several memories of that moment where their ‘Relationship’ began.
On many occasions I have mentioned that if the main characters have chemistry and convey it very well on screen, for me they have won. Because the series or movie can be the most cliché but if those characters are so good actors and convey those emotions and chemistry, for me the rest is fine, I don't know if I made myself understood. The Oc is a series about the life of teenagers and adults, for many it can be cliché for others something great, really what hooked me was that I connected a lot with the characters and the development they had in the course of the series.

Como dije si hay “Química” el resto queda bien, debo decir que esta serie tiene momentos épico, tanto así que hay una escena épica que luego unas personas replicaron en forma de burla, debo decir que si es súper gracioso, pero de eso no nos enfocaremos, la primera vez que escuche esta canción fue en una escena que para mí fue perfecta, e incluso se me puso la piel chinita, me gustó mucho como todo se desenvolvió.
Hace unos días me entere que “The Oc y Gossip Girls” es del mismo creador, y eso tendría mucho sentido, porque ambas series tienen momentos icónicos que tienen de fondo música que realmente van con el momento, son momentos que sin duda no olvidas nunca, quedan marcados en tu memoria.

As I said if there is ‘Chemistry’ the rest is fine, I must say that this series has epic moments, so much so that there is an epic scene that later some people replicated in the form of mockery, I must say that if it is super funny, but we will not focus on that, the first time I heard this song was in a scene that for me was perfect, and even made my skin crawl, I really liked how it all unfolded.
A few days ago I found out that ‘The Oc and Gossip Girls’ is by the same creator, and that would make a lot of sense, because both series have iconic moments that have music in the background that really go with the moment, they are moments that you will never forget, they are marked in your memory.

Por supuesto que esta canción la había escuchado mucho antes de ver esta serie, les comente en un video que esta serie la veía cuando tenía como 11 años, pero no me la vi completa porque en ese entonces la daban en MTV y no trasmitían los episodios en orden, sin embargo el año pasado quise darle una oportunidad otra vez, me la vi en MAX, debo decir que escuche esta canción en una de las escenas y definitivamente no puedo escucharla ahora sin pensar en Marissa y Ryan, realmente esta canción es de ellos, la repiten muchísimas veces en el trascurso de la serie.
Además la letra de esta canción es WAO es una canción que siempre que la escuchaba me identificaba muchísimo, luego cuando la escuche en esta serie fue tipo…ahh quisiera vivir algo así, sé que la realidad no funciona así, es por ello que a veces me encanta ver este tipo de series.

Pues…es la intro, no podía dejarla de lado, claro que para mí es un clásico, en el 2022 me descargue esta canción porque justo había visto un edit y me trajo mucha nostalgia de “Lili de 11 años viendo esta serie” pero como les comente el año pasado fue que me vi otra vez esta serie bien, porque cuando la vi en el 2012 no cuenta, la vi en un orden loco por ende no entendía mucho, pero si tenía recuerdos muy fijos de ciertas escenas que no les comentare porque no les quiero hacer spoiler para quienes quieren verla.
Deje esta al final porque a pesar de ser la intro, me recuerda mucho a la amistad que tenían los 4 personajes y es realmente muy bonita, además de que la canción deben admitir que es bien chida, está bastante cool.
