Once we had the drawing selected and transferred to canvas and taped, we have to start. I always start with the borders, like with jigsaw puzzles, or coloring haha. The borders will let me work inside to my liking. And since I lost a bit of practice, now that my hand is almost fully recovered, I retrained this aspect. Some I felt were coming out great and others I have that suspicion and that bad decision, that I put one mustard too many and it's tremendous how it shows in the total. Anyway, a minimum detail does not make the drawing not understandable, but the same thing will happen to me later.

Una vez que tengamos el dibujo seleccionado y pasado sobre tela y encintado, hay que comenzar. Yo siempre comienzo con los límites, como con los rompecabezas, o colorear jaja. Los bordes me dejarán trabajar dentro a mi gusto. Y dado que perdí un poco de práctica, ahora que mi mano está casi totalmente recuperada, volví a entrenar este aspecto. Algunos sentí que iban quedando geniales y otros tengo esa sospecha y esa mala decisión, que coloco una mostacilla de más y es tremendo como se nota en el total. De todos modos, un mínimo detalle no hace que no se entienda el dibujo, pero lo mismo me pasará más adelante.

Then I continued with the fires, which also gave me many doubts, this drawing is from the poster of the movie Midsommar and I come a little thematic with it, haha. It has left me thinking about messages behind the message and I think that is the most important thing when we look at art in any expression.

Luego continué con los fuegos, que también me dieron muchas dudas, este dibujo es del cartel de la película Midsommar y vengo un poco temática con ella, jaja. Me ha dejado pensando en mensajes detrás del mensaje y creo que eso es lo más importante cuando observamos arte en cualquier expresión.

The center is totally yellow as it pretends to be a triangular house that catches fire towards the end. This part was quite automatic, being mixed media with sequins it is done a little faster too.

El centro es totalmente amarillo ya que simula ser una casa triangular que se incendia hacia el final. Esta parte fue bastante en automático, al ser de técnica mixta con lentejuelas se hace un poco más rápido también.

Here again happens this problem that I have often with the letters, I should leave more space in my drawings, because when I pass with my beads on these lines, they occupy more space and collide with each other. Also the design I chose was the least clear of all to write .

Aquí vuelve a suceder este problema que tengo seguido con las letras, debería dejar más espacio en mis dibujos, porque al pasar con mis mostacillas sobre estas líneas, ocupan mayor espacio y se chocan unas con otras. Además el diseño que elegí fue el menos claro de todos para escribir

Since I won't have enough fabric to make a whole border, because I cut it before deciding on this, it seems to me that a white background will be best and that this in itself will stand out against the black suit. But the more recessed corners were no fun to fill in, between the letters it cost me more than any other part of the total applique, I must be more attentive to this in the future and not make the work so difficult for myself, haha. These are mistakes to learn from, don't you think?

Como no me alcanzará la tela para hacer todo un reborde, porque la corté antes de decidir esto, me parece que lo mejor será un fondo blanco y que esto de por sí resalte sobre el traje negro. Pero los rincones más recónditos no fueron nada divertidos de rellenar, entre las letras me costó más que ninguna otra parte del aplique total, debo estar más atenta a esto en el futuro y no hacerme el trabajo tan difícil, jaja. Son errores de los que hay que aprender, ¿no creen?
