Hablemos de: Confesiones de una típica adolescente - ¿Puede ser más incómoda?

Esta película salió en el (2004) así que prácticamente crecí viendo esta película en Disney, pero déjenme decirles que jamás me gusto, desde pequeña me incomodaba mucho verla y me daba hasta algo de pena ajena, me sorprendía ver a la chica del momento haciendo esa película tan extraña, pero vamos a buscarle lo bueno y obviamente decir lo malo.
SINOPSIS: Mary es obligada a mudarse a New Jersey con su madre y sus amigas, como es un lugar nuevo decide “crear” su historia mientras quiere superar a la chica más popular de la escuela.
Desde el comienzo se nota el tipo de película que vamos a ver, Mary o Lola como prefiere que le digan, desea quedarse en New York, pero por cuestiones laborales su madre no puede permitirlo, Lola al llegar a esta nueva escuela se da cuenta que puede tener su más grande sueño de ser actriz de Broadway, empezando por protagonizar la obra de su escuela.
Lola se hace amiga de Ella una joven con poca vida social que también está obsesionada con su grupo favorito, como se enteran que este grupo se va a separar y harán un concierto de despedida hacen todo lo posible por ir, pero Carla la reina de la escuela, no dejará que esto sea posible, así que hace todo lo posible por evitar que ellas vayan y sean tan cool como ella.
Al final se dan cuenta que Lola todo el tiempo estuvo mintiendo para verse más llamativa y con una vida única, así que lo único que hace en realidad que fue pasar tiempo con su actor favorito nadie se lo creyó y Carla ella deja como una mentirosa, hasta que en una fiesta todos se dan cuenta que si dijo la verdad porque su cantante fue a entregarle un collar que dejó en su limosina.
En esta película sinceramente creo que la “Mala” era la misma protagonista, mintió todo el tiempo, llegó hasta a decir que su padre murió solo para verse mejor y crear una historia súper “romántica” pero al final igual ella queda feliz sin sufrir las consecuencias porque “callo” a Carla cuando Stu Wolf le devolvió su collar.
Carla no era mala, solo era una niña privilegiada, que obtenía todo lo que quería hasta que Lola llegó a quererle arrebatar todo, siento que es la Sharpey de esta película, juzgamos demasiado a las personas con privilegios solo porque nos gustaría tenerlos, pero al final no es culpa de nadie, eso no te hace mala persona.
Me incómodo mucho el “velorio” que hicieron cuando se enterado de la separación del grupo, o sea, no lo dice la persona con 23 años, lo dice la niña de 8 años que veía esa película muchas veces.
Lo realista de esto creo que fue cuando Lola conoció a Stu y se da cuenta que no es el poeta que ella pensaba, solo sacaban canciones cuando sonaban bien sin nada de trasfondo, a veces idealizamos tanto a nuestros artistas y le buscamos sentido a cada frase que dice cuando a veces ni son ellos los que las escriben.
Me pareció súper triste que inventara la muerte de su papá, cuando esté hasta busco la forma de cuidarla en el concierto porque sabía que podían estar en peligro, tal vez no fuera tan presente pero no entiendo como llegó a eso.
Esta película hace una versión súper estereotipada de un adolescente pero aún más exagerado, a mi en lo personal me encanta Lindsay Lohan, pero esta película simplemente te da pena ajena verla, te hace sentir mucha vergüenza en cada escena que ni siquiera la actriz más top del momento logro hacer algo bueno.

Lola becomes friends with ** Ella **, a young woman with little social life who is also obsessed with her favorite group. When they find out that this group is going to break up and they will have a farewell concert, they do everything possible to go, but Carla The queen of the school will not let this be possible, so she does everything possible to prevent them from going and being as cool as her.
In the end they realize that Lola was lying all the time to look more attractive and have a unique life, so the only thing she really did was spend time with her favorite actor, no one believed it and Carla leaves her as a liar, until at a party everyone realizes that he did tell the truth because his singer went to give him a necklace that he left in his limo.
In this movie I sincerely believe that the “Bad” was the same protagonist, she lied all the time, she even said that her father died just to look better and create a super “romantic” story but in the end she is still happy without suffering the consequences because he “shut up” Carla when Stu Wolf returned her necklace.
Carla wasn't bad, she was just a privileged girl, who got everything she wanted until Lola wanted to take everything from her, I feel like she is the Sharpey of this movie, we judge people with privileges too much just because we would like to have them, but at the same time In the end it's no one's fault, that doesn't make you a bad person.
The “wake” they held when they found out about the group's separation made me very uncomfortable, that is, it is not said by the 23-year-old person, it is said by the 8-year-old girl who watched that movie many times.
I think the realistic thing about this was when Lola met Stu and realized that he was not the poet she thought, they only released songs when they sounded good without any background, sometimes we idealize our artists so much and we look for meaning in each phrase What does it say when sometimes they are not even the ones who write them.
I found it super sad that she invented her father's death, when she is there I even look for a way to take care of her at the concert because I knew they could be in danger, maybe it wasn't so present but I don't understand how it came to that.
This movie makes a super stereotypical version of a teenager but even more exaggerated, I personally love Lindsay Lohan, but this movie just makes you feel ashamed when you watch it, it makes you feel very ashamed in every scene that not even the actress top of the moment I manage to do something good.
Que genial el hecho de que revisitaras una película de tu infancia y la analizaras después de tanto tiempo. A veces las experiencias que vamos sumando en la vida nos hacen ver las mismas cosas desde otras perspectivas, pero quizás, como dices, esta película siempre fue un bodrio jajajaja.
