Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes una publicación algo diferente, es decir no es un Review sino un Top3 de los mejores villanos que para mi tiene DREAMWORKS, lo curioso de esto es que dos de estos villanos que mencionó son de las películas que para mi también son las mejores, que es Shrek y Kung Fu Panda. Así que sin más que decir, este es mi Top 3:
3• Jack Horner
El Gato con Botas Ultimo Deseo
Jack Horner entra en este top gracias al increíble villano que es, no es que sea el personaje más icónico, pero tampoco llego a ser un personaje de relleno, ya sabemos que en la película, hay tres villanos, hasta pensaríamos que es innecesario, pero Jack es el único que no muestra compasión en ningún momento, solo se volvió malo por ser desplazado por Pinocho, es desde entonces que empieza a coleccionar objetos mágicos para tener el mayor poder, pero el Gato con Botas interfiere en su camino, ya que lo último que le faltaba por recolectar era la estrella que el gato necesitaba, es aquí donde Jack Horner demuestra ser una persona con nada de conciencia ni comprensión ante nadie, es un personaje desagradable, con lógicas que solo él tiene, es decir es simplemente un villano, nunca nos hacen empatizar ni de la nada se cura con el poder del amor.
2• Tai Lung
Kung Fu Panda
Tai Lung es uno de los mejores villanos que tiene Dreamworks dominando cada escena en la que aparece, con una apariencia que inspira respeto y poder, con un odio hasta cierto punto comprensible y algo triste, que nos hace llegar a tener algo de empatía con el, este es orgulloso, ambicioso, confiado, lleno de ira, con sed de venganza, en ningún momento quieren redimirlo, ni lo hacen cambiar, es que de por si las películas de Kung Fu Panda se caracterizan por tener villanos muy buenos y profundos. Lo único que hizo que perdiera ante Po aparte del poder del guion, fue que lo subestimó, entonces bajo la guardia y creyó que todo eran burlas, o sino no había manera.
1• El Hada Madrina

Para mi esta es una de la villa a más realistas en general, es decir, quitando la magia, ella es una imagen de poder, dándole una vuelta totalmente a lo que era representado anteriormente, la persona más pura que solucionaba todos nuestros problemas e inseguridades, pero por el contrario en esa ocasión es ella la que lo causa para tener el poder de “solucionar” lo que mejor le convenga. Todos la ven como una persona justa, la idolatran y la aman, pero a medida que la película va avanzando nos damos cuenta sus intensiones realmente, ya que es capaz de hacer todo por que sus objetivos se cumplan, así llegue a la manipulación y a la magia oscura. Una persona doble cara, quien puede ser alguien tan carismático, tan despiadada y vengativa, pero a su vez también bastante razonable.

De todos los que mencionaste me quedó con el hada Madrina, sobre todo porque es la única que conozco de la lista, me da risa porque me recuerda a esas villanas de telenovela latinoamericana de los 90, medio absurda pero al mismo tiempo te indigna su forma de proceder. En especial me parece muy acertado lo que dijiste, eso de que ella le da vuelta a esa imagen pura que tenemos del hada madrina, eso es realmente perverso.

En mi caso son estos mismos personajes menos el del gato con botas ya que lo cambiaría por el logo que aunque no es un villano totalmente pero sí me gusta su papel.
Tai Lung por lejos el mejor. De todos es el que tiene más trasfondo y motivaciones que hasta te hacen empatizar un poco con él. 👌
