Hace unos meses vi una serie gracias a un pequeño fragmento de la misma que publicaron en TikTok y el día de hoy les estaré hablando de esa serie llamada "While You Were Sleeping".

A few months ago I saw a series thanks to a small fragment of it that someone published on TikTok, and today I will be talking about that series called "While You Were Sleeping".

Sinopsis/Synopsis

La serie sigue a Nam Hong Joo (Suzy), una joven mujer que puede ver los acontecimientos de la muerte de otras personas en sus sueños y conoce al fiscal Jung Jae Chan (Lee Jong-suk), quien igualmente puede ver la causa de muerte de otras personas. Ambos hacen todo lo posible para evitar que sus sueños se hagan realidad, y entretanto puede verse cómo se va desarrollando un romance entre ellos.

The series follows Nam Hong Joo (Suzy), a young woman who can see the events of other people's deaths in her dreams, and meets prosecutor Jung Jae Chan (Lee Jong-suk), who can also see the causes of other people's deaths. The two do their best to prevent her dreams from coming true, and in the meantime, a romance develops between them.

"While You Were Sleeping" es una serie coreana que se transmitió en el año 2017. Esta serie nos cuenta la historia de nuestros dos protagonistas, Nam Hong Joo y Jae Chan, que tienen la capacidad de ver el futuro en sus sueños.

La serie se centra en la vida de Nam Hong Joo (Suzy) y cómo ella trata de lidiar con este don. Al mismo tiempo, vemos la vida de Jae Chan (Lee Jong-suk), un fiscal novato que también posee el mismo don.


"While You Were Sleeping" is a Korean series that aired in 2017. This series tells the story of our two main characters, Nam Hong Joo and Jae Chan, who have the ability to see the future in their dreams.

The series focuses on the life of Nam Hong Joo (Suzy) and how she tries to deal with this gift. At the same time, we see the life of Jae Chan (Lee Jong-suk), a rookie prosecutor who also possesses the same gift.

Por obra del destino, se conocen y juntos intentan evitar que las tragedias que ocurren en sus sueños se hagan realidad.

La serie también presenta a un nuevo personaje a medida que avanza la historia, un chico llamado Han Woo-tak (Jung Hae-In), que también tiene la misma habilidad de ver el futuro en sus sueños. Juntos, enfrentan nuevos desafíos, luchan contra la corrupción de un abogado, intentan salvar a sus seres queridos del destino que han visto en sus sueños, etc.


As fate would have it, they meet, and together they try to prevent the tragedies that occur in their dreams from coming true.

The series also introduces a new character as the story progresses, a boy named Han Woo-tak (Jung Hae-In), who also has the same ability to see the future in his dreams. Together, they face new challenges, fight against the corruption of a lawyer, try to save their loved ones from the fate they have seen in their dreams, etc.

Una vez que comencé a ver este K-drama, ya no pude parar, me lo terminé en 2/3 días.

Lo que me impulsó a ver este K-drama fue esa escena que vi en TikTok, fue vergonzosa, pero muy graciosa al mismo tiempo, y continúe viéndolo porque su trama me atrapó. Cada episodio era más emocionante e interesante que el anterior, y no podía dejar de verla.

Amé todo sobre este K-drama, amé la química entre los personajes principales, el misterio, los sueños premonitorios, la amistad, el soundtrack, las escenas graciosas, las escenas que me hicieron llorar como un bebé, el romance, TODO.

Sin duda alguna, les recomiendo "While You Were Sleeping", de hecho, ya les he dicho a algunas de mis amigas que lo vean (esperemos que lo hagan) porque me encantó este drama, está en mi top 3 definitivamente.

Aquí les dejo el tráiler para que ustedes juzguen por ustedes mismos. Realmente espero que se animen a verlo. También les dejo una parte de la escena que me hizo empezar a ver este maravilloso K-drama.


Once I started watching this K-drama, I couldn't stop, I finished it in 2/3 days.

What prompted me to watch this K-drama was that scene I saw on TikTok, it was embarrassing but very funny at the same time, and I continued watching it because its plot grabbed me. Every episode was more exciting and interesting than the previous one, and I couldn't stop watching it.

I loved everything about this K-drama: the chemistry between the main characters, the mystery, the premonitory dreams, the friendship, the soundtrack, the funny scenes, the scenes that made me cry like a baby, the romance, EVERYTHING.

I definitely recommend "While You Were Sleeping", In fact, I've already told some of my friends to watch it (hopefully they will) because I loved this drama; it's definitely in my top 3.
